Dough Bar – Liverpool City CentreGreat service but not worth it
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreAmazing food, friendly staff. Only downside was the service charge which is added automatically to the bill. This can be declined but can make the customer feel awkward doing so.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreWe had a great Sunday brunch at Blundell Street yesterday for my wifes 40th birthday. Ann and the team were fantastic and helped make the day so enjoyable. We had a party of around 40 people and the service and food was excellent. Entertainment was great too. Thanks again Ann, we will definitely be back soon. Also thabks for the balloons . Andy x

Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreGreat service, great food, lots of choice, my kids loved it, what more could you ask for. We’ll be back.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreFrom the moment we walked in we were welcomed by their very friendly staff and this mood continued throughout the meal expierence. The food was excellent and we were not made to feel rushed with it. In fact quite the opposite I think we could have spent the entire night there. Would highly recommend the shrimp starter and the steak main
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreNice food, nice drinks, nice decor hardly got to see the staff and when they did come it was very brief no asking if we want another drink or if our meal was okay and then we have a service charge at the end of £8 tight for money as it is just paying the meal which came to 80 odd pound
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreBrought my girlfriend here for valentine's day, we were really impressed by the decor and the cocktails were amazing. The only complaint either of us had was that the burgers were slightly on the dry side and there was a very limited option of sauces to chose from to change that.. besides that we had a really good time and enjoyed everything else, the waiters were very helpful and polite and we will definitely be returning.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreThe service was great and the food was good! Will aged 11
The Pen Factory – Liverpool City CentreBrilliant scouse. Great staff. Warm and welcoming pub!
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreBooked for a party of 16 for my sons birthday celebrations. Friday night is the party menu which includes entertainment hence the reason we chose this venue and day. The prices have increased and the food portions have reduced significantly!!! So based on food portions alone for our party size it was NOT value for money. The restaurant was not particularly busy this evening and the waiter informed us due to low numbers the entertainment would not go ahead (even though the dancer had arrived)? I discussed with them the reasons for us visiting this particular venue was predominately because of the food (which was already Lettings us down) and the entertainment which we were now being told wasn’t going ahead. After discussions with the said waiter and at least half an hour of other staff members ensuring it was known they were not happy with our request to continue with the entertainment as this was not our fault - the entertainment was provided and a great night was had. Overall, we would not return here which is a shame as it has been a family favourite for many years.
