Food was great but service was very slow and had to get up a couple of times to ask to order?
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreBest breakfast in Liverpool easily. Had the Butcher breakfast twice and ingredients are all top quality, and a good portion too. Alternative milk available with coffees, and we stayed for a very nice Guinness afterwards as well.
Clockworks – Liverpool City CentreCan’t fault the service (staff were great), however food was pretty dire, chicken was very very dry and it all came out concerningly fast (within 10 mins of ordering)
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreWe came with our 6 month old baby and had a fantastic time. The food was delicious and the staff were so lovely and friendly. We did the early bird 2 course meal offer which had a large selection of dishes from the a la carte menu with very generous portion sizes. We will be going back and I would highly recommend a visit.
Opa Opa – Liverpool City CentreWe had the set Christmas menu and from entering it was a lovely time. We arrived about 3:30 for our booking and were shown to our table. The food was lovely all festive themed but should be on the menu full time - the garlic bread with Brie and bacon was incredible and the festive burger was so good. My friends had the vegan options and halloumi and fajitas both loved their meal. Service was good it was busy so it took a while for food to arrive but it was fresh and hot. Portion sizes were good value too! Would definitely recommend!
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreBest Pizza in the Northwest Served by Friendly staff in a Fantastic Atmosphere. Ps would recommend you book a table before hand
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreThe service and the atmosphere was great. The food wasn't worth the money no vegetables and salmon and fries at £35 followed by a shared desert which was a few slices of cake that wasn't nice. Christakies on Smithtown is better food. However, we had a good night.
Opa Opa – Liverpool City CentreCannot fault Christakis. Best Greek food in Liverpool by far! Super service by the friendliest of staff. Food is out of this world and never ever disappoints. Would recommend and book early to avoid disappointment. Early doors is ok fairly quiet but soon gets busy. Compliments to the chefs fir providing us with such great food.
Opa Opa – Liverpool City CentreAmazing place! Beautiful home cooked food. Atmosphere is electric! Everyone is friendly, staff are welcoming and can’t do enough for you!
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreI went for lunch with my friend on our visit to the clockworks!! The food was fantastic!!! Really good sized portions of very tasty, high standard food!! Iv been 3 times before and always had great food!!! The staff are so efficient and on the ball, but also are so much fun and chatty and lovely. Would highly recommend this place! Hidden gem!!
Clockworks – Liverpool City CentreLovely restaurant with excellent food and service!
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreFirst time here in a while, fantastic service, food was delicious , will most definitely return
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreWe loved the place. Chose it for breakfast on our last day in Liverpool and we regret not finding it sooner! Staff was very friendly and attentive, the place looked amazing and the breakfast was honestly exceptional. We will definitely go there again, when we'll come to Liverpool.
Clockworks – Liverpool City CentreSuperb Sunday roast, we all really enjoyed it. Fabulous venue and helpful staff. Would definitely go back and recommend to others
Clockworks – Liverpool City CentreFood not great and very overpriced for burger and chips. Garlic bread was hard with unmelted cheese. £4.50 for a soft drink not impressive Havnt been for a while, lovely staff but gone downhill since we last visited. £51 for 2 burger & chips, 2 soft drinks and a garlic bread.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreWent here in Saturday evening, we had taken in a show beforehand, which finished earlier than anticipated ,so we arrived early, staff were very accommodating and sat us down for a drink at a cozy bar table where we were served with amazing cocktails ( bit pricey but City centre prices) we were sat at our booth promptly and served with our drinks and starters really efficiently! Service was really impressive! Starters were nice and hot and really enjoyable, mains arrived all together, again lovely and hot and fresh, we had steak, teeny bit fatty which was a shame as the bits that weren’t were lovely, and a couple of gourmet burgers which where huuuuuge and really tasty, the atmosphere was really great location wise for M and S arena is spot on or Albert dock shopping etc would go again although is a bit pricey x
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreWent here for food on Friday night and it was amazing. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating, food was insane. Lovely atmosphere on the docks and cosy inside. Only thing to comment is the food is slightly pricey for burger and fries but it was very nice Would go again !
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreFound the menu very limited and very expensive. Haven't been for a while but it's certainly not what it use to be. Won't be in a hurry to return
