Siam Restaurant – GreasbyAbsolutely fantastic. We've been visiting Lisa's chip shop for many years and her mothers before she took this shop over. Definately the best chippy and Chinese on the Wirral! I wont go anywhere else!
Golden Fry No 2 – GreasbyFood just ok, but object to being charged £7.60 for 2 pints of lemonade for my teetotal son. I don't mind paying more than I would in a pub but I do feel this was rather excessive. However when I queried it as I was paying the bill, I was told "I don't set the tariff", hardly what I would call good customer service. Needless to say, we won't be back. Go to the Riverhill or the Grove House for a fantastic meal and a bar bill that you won't need to take out a mortgage for!
The Manor – GreasbyWe return again and again, but we save it for special occasions as this restaurant is a real gem, Located on a block of shops in Greasby, the Siam is a real surprise on entry, its beautiful decor, separate cocktail lounge area and food to die for. Only problem is we have the same dishes each time we go as they are so good we are scared to try something else. The fried ice cream is amazing and you must save some room for some. Service and food presentation are excellent and prices are good, particularly is you go mid week when you can get three courses for £14! Wonderful!
Siam Restaurant – GreasbySuperb! We go back time and time again! Never a bad dish!
Siam Restaurant – Greasbyhad a fantastic meal at the Manor last night.Staff were great the food was without a doubt the best in the Wirral. Would recommend this restaurant to anybody
The Manor – Greasbywe visited the manor last night for the first time after hearing many good things about the place. the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, the ambience was excellent with the music coming from the baby grand piano playing in the background. the food was absolutely fantastic, i opted for the scallops for starters and the lamb shank for the main, both dishes were faultless. my girlfriend opted for the asparagus which was a delight. i have to admit that the price was extremely reasonable at 17.95 for two courses and we will definitely be going back very soon.
The Manor – GreasbyI not expecting a great Thai experience. Reasonably good would have been OK but at best the standard of the food tonight was average. The service was not what some previous reviewers had led us to expect either. We politely waited to be asked to comment on our experience as we paid the bill but either they didn't care or were too embarrassed even to ask "was everything alright?" Well, it wasn't. Five out of ten.
Siam Restaurant – GreasbyBuy one get one free policy very good value for money. Staff very polite. We go their at least once or twice a week. Restaurant always full. Steak and eggs has got to be tried'
Twelfth Man Premier Lodge – GreasbyWe visit the restaurant 3 to 4 times a year and we aways have a lovely night within the tasteful surroundings. The food is very good & the staff are friendly. I recommend anybody to make a visit.
The Manor – GreasbyFrom the minute you walk through the front door you realise there is something very different here. A cocktail in the lounge while you order your meal, the fabulous decor, the well dressed and attentive staff. Then the food! Aromatic, full of flavour, beautifully cooked and presented. What a fabulous place. Don't tell everyone
Siam Restaurant – GreasbyGreat food and service even impressed my Thai wife
Siam Restaurant – GreasbyExcellent, hidden gem. Very authentic from the furnishings and service right through to the yummy food.
Siam Restaurant – GreasbyWow! Who'd have thought that you'd find food like this tucked away in Greasby? The presentation of the cuisine is beautiful, the service delightful and the food absolutely mouth-watering. The little chicken parcels we had to start were fragrant and delicate, and the som tam was deliciously hot. My red curry really hit the spot, and my partner's jungle curry left him on a superb chilli high! Possibly the Wirral's best kept secret?
Siam Restaurant – GreasbyBeautiful Thai food, work of art. impressive , We will be back with more friends.
Siam Restaurant – GreasbyMy workmates and i visit The Manor regularly. We try to dine out once a month and have been to almost every eatery in The Wirral but we keep on coming back to The Manor. We?e had a couple of retirements and 60th birthdays there and every time we?e had a lovely meal. We always visit Sunday evenings and there is a set menu for a very reasonable £10.95 for two courses with sweets being approximately £3.50 each. Great selection of starters, mains and afters. Like everywhere else, it? the wine and soft drinks that bump up the bill. Menu changes regularly and if you are looking for somewhere for that special occasion it is definitely worth a try. You won? be disappointed!
The Manor – GreasbyAfter many recommendations a party of six of us visited the Manor last night. We found the atmosphere very welcoming indeed and the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. As for the food,it was outstanding in quality and quantity and the cost would knock most restaurants into a cocked hat. We will definitely be paying many more visits. PS lamb shank is amazing.
The Manor – GreasbyJust returned from The Manor full and happy, new menu this week and good to see the lamb shank still there. I opted for the manor mixed grill, it? huge!! My partner went for the fish pie, can? fault it. Friendly efficient service, good atmosphere. 3 courses each and a bottle of wine for under £50.
