I took my teenage sons here in half term and we all loved it. The best cat cafe I have visited by far, and fantastic that it is a charity too. The cafe is lovely and cosy, staff were extremely friendly and informative and we had lots of interaction with the beautiful rescue cats who seemed very happy to be there. Would definitely recommend it!

Absolutely the best fish & chips ever! Quality of food and service 5star even on a busy Saturday evening. Nothing too much trouble for the team who even moved us to a fabulous table in a lovely niche. My dad suffers from Alziemers and this table just makes the whole experience just a little easier for my family to cope. Will be back again soon. Thanks

Another visit to the Empire Theatre meant another visit to Ma E’s. Pre booking is always advisable as it gets very busy very quick! 3 of us this time, we got 1 build Ute own pizza, 1 Charlie Chaplain, swooping out 1 ingredient for something different, cheesy garlic bread and Scouse. As always the food arrived within 10 mins, it was piping hot, and delicious. 2 Coronas, 2 bud and a large Jameson & Diet Pepsi along with the food cost around £50. We’re at the Empire at least twice a month and ALWAYS choose to eat at Ma E’s beforehand, even though we live 5 mins away! The staff are always lovely & chatty, can’t say a bad word about the place. 10/10 every time.

2 of us went on Saturday afternoon. What a gem. Staff brilliant. We ended up late for our event as we didn’t want to leave! We got cheese & meat platters, soup. Coffee, soft drinks, gin all reasonably priced & tasty. Nothing to fault ;)

Fabulous, restaurant, food, and service. Not the most intimate dining experience but more than made up for. Will definitely be back.

We love this restaurant so much, it’s always our go to place midweek or the weekend! Our meal here last night was as always amazing, but we would just like to say to the young waitresses that served us thank you for being so polite and attentive they are a credit to you.

First visit to Sing faye. Excellent food and staff very friendly. Would recommend a visit and will be going again.

We were also in Liverpool (from Scotland) for a concert at the Philharmonic Hall and had an early meal. This is a very friendly restaurant with great staff and an excellent chef. My husband had the souvlaki and I had the salmon with rice and salad. My salmon was cooked to perfection and was delicious and my husband enjoyed his chicken as well. The only very slight criticism we have is that the portions were too big. We didn't think it was necessary to have both bread and rice or bread and chips in my husband's case. We hate wasting food but couldn't manage the portions. Next time we will know what to ask for. It is a very good restaurant and ideal for the Phil. Come early and have a walk round the block before the concert. Please go and enjoy.

Ohh I love it here! I came last month for my birthday, and we just visited again for my friends birthday. We both got the celebration package, which gets you a lovely little hand written card, a HUGE birthday cake, a little jar of cat treats, and a nicely decorated table. And let me tell you, the cats KNOW. The minute that birthday rug is put on that table, they swarm. And it’s magical. Trying to eat cake while 10 cats fight you for crumbs is a religious experience . And the atmosphere is so welcoming, the vibes so chill and cozy. It really is great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. And oh my god, THE CATS!! If I could have left there with my coat stuffed with wriggling catnapped kitties, I would have. This is the best cat cafe, definitely come here if you’re looking for a really good day out, I couldn’t recommend it more. I’ll definitely be back soon, thanks!

Visited on a Friday night when restaurant was quiet, lovely window table overlooking dock with all the christnas lights.Staff were very friendly and helpful, service was great. Sharing Nachos were the best I’ve ever tasted. Would definitely visit again if up in Liverpool.

Superb food at very reasonable prices. The staff are very helpful, cheerful and friendly. We will certainly be returning and have no hesitation recommending it to others.

enjoyed birthday celebration on table for 6, food was wonderful and staff very attentive. Confused a little by two menus but we got there in the end. We'll be back.

Dropped in for a meal and drinks before going to the Empire for a show. I had the most handmade pizza and my friend opted for the scouse which she said was lovely. Great atmosphere and service but advise booking a table if you’re eating there
