3rd time that I have been here in the space of a few months. The service is amazing- such friendly staff. Food is exceptional and such amazing value for money. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We have enjoyed a meal here several times and decided to treat my visiting family(nine in total) for a pre Christmas meal on Thursday evening. It was yet again a totally enjoyable experience with exceptional service and excellent food. The evening was totally spoilt when presented with the bill of fare. The order was VERY EVIDENTLY from the 'EARLY EVENING MENU'. However the bill was disappointingly made out from the 'MAIN MENU'. On questioning about the charge, I was informed that when ordering, I should have stated that my order was from the 'early evening menu'. This was very puzzling as when previously attending, I have never had to state that I require the £10 deal? I did argue the case that the food we ordered is the £10 deal, but again was told that I should have stated this when making our requests. Consequently I had to pay very considerably more for the whole family meal. This experience has not prejudiced my decision to attend again. It has however brought to my attention that staff should inform patrons whether or not they are ordering from a specific part of the menu. Please be aware, to make your choice of food clear to the staff member taking your orders. I cannot endorse The 'value for money' option as I would certainly have done so if I had been charged from the correct part of the menu.

We came for bar bites and drinks on Christmas Eve and the food was lovely. The staff are really welcoming and it was a really nice evening. Definitely recommend

As this is very local to us we decided to give it a try. The staff were very friendly and the food was exceptional. We will definitely be back.

We booked a table for New Years Eve. The set menu banquet was amazing - the food was delicious we all really enjoyed it. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great - it was a busy night but everyone was so friendly and service was great. We have been to the Ying Wah many times and we would thoroughly recommend it ! Great food and excellent service

The greatest venue in Liverpool, and the best Greek food outside the Mediterranean. The service is second to none, never had a bad experience and no matter how busy the staff bend over backwards to look after you during your stay. The food is exemplary; huge portions of wonderfully cooked meals, slight hint of a charcoal grill and excellent, fresh salads and garnishes. There aren't enough stars in the world to rate this place.

Had a birthday celebration last night great meal. We took advantage of the early bird menu which was great value for money and delicious. The little cake, candle and birthday song was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend.

First time ( well over due ) for us and the food was amazing, very tasty and plentiful. The staff were amazing , attentive in just the right way and their knowledge of the menu was very helpful and nothing was too much to ask , the menus were explained so we could make the great choices we decided on . Delicious food, amazing friendly staff and perfect atmosphere x

We originally booked as a party of 9 for New Years Eve and specifically requested the party room, which is advertised as having a dj, Greek dancers and a belly dancer. Unfortunately, 5 of our party tested positive for covid, which we informed you of but confirmed the other 4 would still be attending for the event. On arrival at the restaurant, we were directed to a table on the ground floor. I did as two members of staff if this was correct, as we had booked the party room upstairs, however, we were informed that the party night would take place over both floors. Needless to say, the 4 who attended the event were extremely disappointed when there was no dj or Greek dancers. A belly dancer did appear for approximately 10 minutes, however , the event did not consistent of what had been promoted and therefore, it has either been falsely advertised or we were placed in the incorrect seating at the restaurant. We tried to discuss with a manager on the night however, we were told that there wasn't a manager in the Aigburth restaurant and that we would have to wait until Tuesday 4th January to discuss further. We paid for a party night and this was not delivered.

Braeakfast is always top quality.

It is our local whenever we are in town with great food, fantastc staff and a rockin atmosphere. For the complete night out Clockwork is the only place to go.

We went for our New Years Eve Meal , there was a special set menu with such a generous choice of dishes included in the amazing set price. The restaurant was beautiful as usual with lovely festive decor. We were really pleased with our seating didn’t feel claustrophobic on a very busy night. The food was outstanding as always cooked to perfection and presentation mouth watering. There were so many starters, a choice of mains and even a desert to finish off delicious. The drinks menu is something for everyone lovely wines, beers and attractive cocktails too, fabulous The Team are always so friendly and professional and looked after us perfectly especially on a very busy night.
