Ayuthaya – CrosbyLove the pizza- delicious, homemade base. Garlic bread is divine! Mediterranean dips a bit of a disappointment. Brilliant value when using Groupon vouchers.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreOnce we found the place we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and lots of it. Great value for money. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the bar tender. We will definitely be back for the food and drinks experience. Having stayed overnight had we not pre booked breakfast we would have been back to clockworks again

R Bar & Brasserie at The Richmond – Liverpool City CentreHad a lovely meal on the bank holiday. Pre-booked although it wasn’t overly busy on the night. Two excellent pizzas and a couple of cocktails too, which were also great. Fantastic service and thoroughly enjoyed our brief visit.
Dough Bar – Liverpool City CentreThis was my second visit but my first for the evening sitting. Lucy was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful (as all the staff are) Completely professional, very polite, personable without being overbearing and catering for our every need. We had a starter each of panko prawns and duck spring roll (which we shared) which were so light to eat and beautifully presented. Just as well that the starter was so light, because we'd decided to order the Tomahawk Steak with all the trimmings as our main. Then a beast of a steak (which turned heads as it was brought out) was presented to us and what a treat it was!! Cooked to medium rare perfection, we couldn't have ordered anything better - what a delight and definitely a cut of steak to tackle at least once in your life!!! Then after a well deserved rest, I really couldn't resist a latte and the chocolate and raspberry tart with fruit compote (so rich and delicious - the compote was just perfect) Just like the starter, dessert was also as light as a feather - I'm still truly amazed at how the chef accomplished this!!! As we were both driving, another bonus to the evening was being able to order my most recent favourite drink - Erdinger Alcohol-free Isotonic beer (only available in a selection of bars) which tastes great and is just like having an alcoholic drink . A perfect indulgent experience, which I'm looking forward to trying again very soon. Thank you Pickled Walnut - faultless!!! x ;-D
Pickled Walnut – West KirbyHave been twice to eat out recently, during the Help out to Eat Out Scheme. Very busy on both occasions and meals served relatively quickly. Food was excellent, staff attentive and courteous and friendly. Would definitely go again, best meal out we’ve had for sometime.
