Tess Riley’s – Liverpool City CentreWow what a hotel!. I am not a football fan but so the greater significance of this place was lost on me at first. However I became very intrigued by the icon that is Bill Shankly during my stay. The hotel is part museum and part fabulous luxury hotel. Our room as huge with it's own kitchenette. the Lobby and restaurant were very impressive also. Whether you are a football fan or not, this a great place to stay in the heart of Liverpool
Bastion Bar and Restaurant at the Shankly Hotel – Liverpool City CentreWhen in Liverpool on Thursday last week we realised it was national burger day. Knowing other New Moon Co venues like Beef and Pudding in Manchester, we knew they would have a great burger! We were not disappointed! Awesome feast and great service from the nice young man Anthony.
The Old Blind School – Liverpool City CentreMy family called in here for a late lunch on Bank Holiday Monday. Barstaff were great & the food was piping hot & very tasty. Would eat here again.
The Coffee House – WavertreeFANTASTIC CHIPPY Food is fresh & tasty and always served with a smile. From the gorgeous fish n chips that are huge delicious portions to the tasty meals and Thai & Chinese dishes. All are superb and well worth value for money. Very happy & highly recommend this supper bar ? 10/10
Scotch Barn Supper Bar / Lucky Jade – PrescotAlways excellent food, atmosphere and service, whether visiting for a special occasion or casual dining. Give it a whirl!
Lux Garden Restaurant – AintreeI was on a night out in Liverpool with the girls and we dropped in at an "Irish bar" called Mccooleys, the atmosphere was great but the staff aren't the best. One guy imparticlar who calls himself a manager had the rudest attitude and it made me feel very uncomfortable, I will not be returning there again!
McCooleys – Liverpool City CentreEsteban has a lovely peaceful atmosphere, smiley helpful staff and great service. The food is absolutely delicious. This is a real treat and I would highly recommend it. My favourite restaurant.
Esteban Mediterranean Tapas – AigburthVERY VERY DISSAPOINTED. TOOK MENU AWAY AS SOON AS ORDERED FOOD, WAS NOTHING LIKE ON THE MENU, CAME HOME VERY HUNGRY.
Bottle And Glass – St.HelensFabulous meal last night. We used vouchers, which were a gift. What a lovely meal. Thank you. Linen, candles, fAb food, nice 'background music, quiet, so we could talk. Def recommend you. Coming back.
Caveau – WooltonTucked away in a little side street in Southport is probably one of the finest eateries in this popular seaside resort (and despite rumours to the contrary, I can confirm that the sea is out there somewhere). Although it is billed as a coffee shop, I prefer to describe it as an eatery as I believe that it is more than a mere coffee shop or café although let’s not get carried away it is perhaps not quite a restaurant. However the food served is certainly up to restaurant standards and at a fraction of restaurant prices. The beauty of a visit to Lucy’s is that if it’s just a ‘cuppa’ or a full blown meal then you will not be disappointed with the twin experience of excellent fare and a friendly welcome. ‘Her Who Must Be Fed’ and I discovered this little haven some months ago when a rather heavy shower drove us to find the nearest shelter and fortunately for us it turned out to be Lucy’s (Kismet at its best). We ordered coffee, tea bread and scones, which we enjoyed immensely. We were even more pleased when we paid the bill as our fare was classed as a ‘morning special’ and turned out to be great value. Since then our weekly day out to Southport would not be complete without a trip to Lucy’s in Anchor Street, where we have observed fellow diners enjoying everything from a sandwich to a full blown meal and it all looks and smells most appetizing. The staff are most welcoming and friendly and nothing appears to be too much trouble for them and if you wish to learn anything about the ‘Windy City’ there is a most genial gentleman waiting on tables who will be only to pleased to tell you all about it. For more information about one of Southport’s best kept secrets then why not visit the website. Oh! I nearly forgot; free Wi-Fi is also available for those who cannot bear to be without their smart phones and tablets, even when dining.
Lucy’s Coffee Shop – SouthportExcellent evening, food best in area without a doubt.
Ellingtons – CrosbyIf the owners of this pub had any decency, they'd have some consideration for the fact that they are in a neighbourhood surrounded by housing. But no, they will let people sit out screaming, shouting, swearing and arguing until after midnight. Certain other pubs don't even let you sit out past 6pm out of consideration for the neighbours. Too much to ask to maybe close your beer garden (kids football field) at 9pm or 10pm?
The Coffee House – WavertreeThank you Yasemin for a wonderful birthday ngt on Saturday evening. We all had a wonderful night. The food the staff just excellent. Loved the birthday banners and my free cocktail! Perfect night. Thankyou
Yasemin Turkish & Greek Bbq Restaurant – St.HelensLovely pub, great atmosphere, £2.25 pint of carling! Husband loves Blue moon on draught, good food and prices, manageress very obliging, made us very welcome, cant keep away from the place, give it ago,

Mei Mei – Liverpool City CentreWent to tes Riley's on Monday 27th July 15, brilliant atmosphere and the singer was brilliant. Will definitely visit again and perhaps try the food.
Tess Riley’s – Liverpool City CentreI have been going to the Casa Italia for years, and I have never been disappointed. The food is great and plenty of it, the best Italian Bread ever. My favourite dish is Tortellini all Panna so filling, don't bother looking at the desert menu after this. My 13 year old niece now loves the place and when in Liverpool its no longer Macdonalds for her. Would totally recommend. Gets very very busy on Fridays and Saturdays so get their early or expect to wait.
