Had a family meal in the ying wah, highly recomended, the food was amazing and staff where superb and friendly as well, all of us was talking about going back again as we loved everything about it, staff, banquets, etc 5******

This is my sons favorite Restaurant and he will choose here every time. Great food , friendly staff but could do with turning the heating up.

Esteban was the first tapas I'd tried and I was really suprised at how good it was. Will be going back for more.

Went to Zorbas 20 yrs ago and the food is as good today as it was back then. Friendly staff good atmosphere and food to go back for time and time again.

My brother has been several times before and loved the place, so four of us went on Saturday. The decor was lovely and staff very friendly and we had no complaints about the starters. The main course was something else though. Three of us ordered the rib eye steaks and they were awful. The appear to have been grilled in such a way that removed every ounce of moisture from the meat and and they were also barely warm. To be honest, I have had better steaks in a two for £12.00 offer in a pub. Just not acceptable as they cost just under £20.00 each.

Had lunch there today Friday 14th February with a friend. Had beef in ale Pie. Don't know who put the meat in but someone must have taken it out again, only three pieces of meat in it with thick awful gravy, the mash also tasted like instant mash. My friend had the lasagne (which she has had before) was dried up and seemed to have been over reheated. Would not recommend to anyone these meals. In fact won't be eating there again.

One to avoid.

Just celebrated my 60th birthday with family and friends at the Royal Hotel and as always it was fantastic. The food was superb and nothing was too much trouble for the waiting staff. A big special thank you to Jeff who always makes you very welcome, why would you want to eat anywhere else?

Love love love this restaurant!!!! Been living in London for the past 5 months and havnt found a restaurant quite like it!!! Food is amazing and can't beat the staff, especially the legendary Ozzie!!! :-)

Tried this restaurant after hearing all the good reviews. The food was awful beer was flat. And me and my girlfriend ended up with food poisoning so bad we where vomiting and had diarrhoea for 2 days. Dirty horrible restaurant best avoided.

Been going The Light of Bengal for a good few years now about once a month , even though is the otherside of the city for us . Great service and great food , Love the lamb achari .

We came on the 6th of february 22 people we had such a great night everyone really enjoyed the night....food was lovely not one complaint speedy service so all in all such a good night!!!!!!

We travel to Liverpool from Devon every month to see the Reds and always eat in the Bacchaus.This is a lovely warm friendly restaurant.The kitchen is on view so you can see how clean and hygienic the restaurant is for yourself..This evening I had lamp which was melt in the mouth delicious and tender,my husband had Moussaka,it came piping hot with a lovely side dish of roast potatoes,rice and a green vegetable.the food is always beautifully served and very reasonably priced.the ambiance and decor are very much in keeping with any restaurant I have visited in Greece.

The food here is amazing, I can't wait to go back.

Nice surroundings, service good, disappointed with the quality of main pasta course, hardly covered the bottom of the dish. Left feeling still hungry even though we had garlic bread as a starter.
