fantastic food, lovely restaurant and staff.

Had a great night at San Carlo the other night, went out for a staff party to celebrate one of their birthdays. It was a great atmosphere and the staff was very helpful seeing as there was a fair few of us. All of our food came out at the same time, and we all enjoyed ourselves. Great place.

From the first contact to the actual night arrangements were handled with true professionalism. Your staff that attended the balcony were extremely attentive and a credit to your organisation. Atmosphere, food, staff and your assistance throughout made a brilliant and memorable evening for us all, particularly my daughter. Thank you all so much.xx

My mum and dad used to go the Himalaya when I was kid of about 4 or 5, I'm now 36 and its still going strong, that's it that's all I have to say, anywhere thats been open for so long must and is a fantastic place to eat, great food great staff great price.

live bands every weekend, most preety good classic rock. dont do food mid week,shame, just weekend, best burgers around, actually homemade not just homemade in factory then frozn as some would have you belive. Beer garden is south liverpools hidden gem, still have a bowling green thats get used. all in all best local round here. only downside, bins on front need emptying a bit more regulary.

Zaaffran will provide you with a very interesting menu, presented, cooked and served to perfection, and the venue and ambiance to go with it.....A rare event. You have to go to know.

Othello's is a fine restaurant. My brothers and I are geographically separated (Newcastle, Cardiff and Liverpool) and this is our venue of choice when we convene in our hometown. We have no hesitation in recommending it to you. The food is of a consistently high quality (both meat and vegetarian) - we have never left the premises disappointed. Salads are crisp, clean and fresh and main courses are tasty and filling. The service is attentive, helpful and considerate. We have enjoyed family occasions here and will be back again when future visits to Liverpool coincide.

Service was very good no long waiting from one course to the next. My colleagues had the sea bass and assured me it was divine. I had the steak which was cooked medium to perfection starters were nice and very tasty. I would highly recommend this venue plus the puddings were Delicious. Plus we had our table for over two hours with no pressure to hurry up. Well worth going to

Visited Matou on Weds 16/5/13. What a fabulous venue - stunningly beautiful views of the River Mersey, early sunshine glinting of the water, then the lights from the Wirral reflecting in the dark. Food was the best I have had for a very long time (absolutely delicious); staff were wonderful, happy and friendly. Please do not hesitate to visit - I will certainly be going back again and again. We have visited East Z East several times as a couple and a family .

Have not been here for a while so popped in for tea, had same as last time, Clam Chowder and Steak Rossini,both really nice, good ambiance and friendly servers, Really good food,

Had a breakfast and was really happy. Place was very clean and the food was cooked properly and wasn't greasy. 10 out it 10
