Lings on Kings – SouthportWe absolutely love the food at the Tiffin. We are now regular diners there. From going as a couple, a party of four and a group of fourteen the service and food is always impeccable. The waiters are friendly and willing to advise on particular dishes. The added bonus is, of course, it is bring your own. if you run out or forget there is an off-licence next door.
Tiffin – ChildwallBeen coming here since it opened. Best Indian restaurant in the north. Reasonable prices, great tapas selection, friendly staff, can take own alcohol with no corkage fees, delicious food..... What more can I say! Just go there, you will not be disappointed :)
Tiffin – Childwallwe had a meal each in charlotte street and the chips were cold on both meals we do go in on a regular basis . and we have found that the meals have not been upto standard expected from your establishment
Tess Riley’s – Liverpool City CentreMyself and my husband visited the Love Tiffin restaurant, end of M62 Rocket, we had the 7 tapas for £19.50 between us, i can honestly say, I have eaten in lots of Indian restaurants in Liverpool, but this was by far the best indian food, I have tasted in ages, we had seven dishes, two starters, Indian platter x 2, which was samosas, shish kebab, tandoori chicken, tikka lamb, salad, it was lovely, we had three main course, which were fantastic, mushroom pilau rice, and a nan, for 19.50, it was a bargain, and the best thing is, they are not licensed, so you can take your own wine, which is a huge saving, we will definitely be returning, so cheap, staff were lovely, explained all the dishes to us, great service, a little gem, hidden at the end of the M62, try it and be surprised. Enjoy.
Tiffin – ChildwallThis is a really good restaurant. Very informal. great location. Simple and very tasty food. Does not overphase you and so leaves room for fab deserts. Staff very attentive and friendly. Nice atmosphere.
The Quarter – Liverpool City Centrewe have been to Chaba Chaba twice and definitely plan to go again. The service both times was very quick and the staff were friendly. The food is brilliant - this time I ordered the King Prawn starter and the Green Thai Curry (chicken) main and both were absolutely out of this world. Cant wait to go back!
Chaba Chaba Thai Restaurant – Mossley HillThe food in the Caernarfon castle is excellent it's very well run staff also very good very clean.well done to you all
Regularly go to this restaurant - always lovely as are staff - highly recommend it
Eastern Diner – Mossley HillWithout doubt, the worst meal I have ever paid for, with the most inept staff and a truly appalling surrounding.
Copper Pot – PrescotThe best Indian Restaurant in the urban sprawl of Liverpool. Friendly and attentive staff, excellent food and a nice atmosphere. Reasonably priced and on each occasion I have been I have received a complimentary shot. Superb.
Crown of India – PrescotWent to this restaurant after reading the positive reviews and i have to agree the food was stunning. I had the Ambuja Special Korahi and my husband had the Chingri (King prawns). They describe it as "monster size" king prawns and it is as described. My only disappointment was that i didn't have a bigger stomach to fit more in. Portions where very generous and i would highly recommend to anyone. Will be back again very soon. Probably the best Indian restaurant on the Wirral.
Ambuja Indian Brasserie – HeswallI cannot recommend Damon's at all. I have been on a few occasions for breakfast with friends and family and have never been overly impressed with the food. I usually opt for the breakfast which comes with mixed potatoes, and have requested sausage and bacon instead of sausage/bacon with egg as I do not like egg. I have found the potatoes in the past to be cold, the bacon rubbery and the sausages cheap tasting. The main reason I will not be returning is the treatment I received on my last visit. I was served by a young Asian gentleman with a noticeable hairstyle (look out for him) who chose to question the manager about my decision to opt out of having egg on my breakfast. He returned, refusing my request to substitute egg for bacon. I told him I was allergic to dairy products. He returned to his manager and then questioned as to whether I would be having milk in my tea. His attitude was disgusting. He said the manager would come and see me and I said I would like to see them. The manager never appeared. I was granted the privilege of having a cheap sausage and bacon combination with cold potatoes as a one-off, but informed this would not be allowed to happen again. I wish the manage had a backbone and had come to see me. I would have kindly infromed him that his and that particular staff member's attitude were appalling. Do NOT go to Damon's.
Damons – Mossley HillFantastic staff, friendly and attentive and always make you feel welcome. Food is well-priced and well-done, with good-sized portions. The Sing Ping is not much to look at but is clean enough and the staff and food make it well worth a visit. Highly Recommended.
Sing Ping – PrescotThe Forge Brasserie is an absolute gem of a place which is quite hidden away. I took my friend and granddaughter there yesterday for a meal. The service was exceptional with food to match! I enjoyed the salmon, cod and prawn en croute, which had a lovely sauce and perfectly cooked vegetables. Many thanks to the Forge Brasserie!
Forge Brasserie – SouthportVisited this restaurant with a Living social deal I had purchased. Had a 2 course lunch deal. Very nice. Starter: dips and olives -good variety of dips. Main course: cajun burger with beautifully cooked chunky chips. Nice house wine and pleasant service.
Almond Bar and Restaurant – West DerbyFabulous food, great value, excellent service and some very imaginative cocktails, plus the ambience of a real Spanish tapas bar.
