Excellent service and excellent food!
Mei Mei – Liverpool City CentreHad heard good reviews and brother decided to book for 6 of us last Sat evening. Being within an easy walk from the station was an added bonus for my Mum. Terrific immediate ambience when we arrived. Great attentive staff and wonderful food. Great menu - I think that restaurants that have extensive menus fall foul of trying to present too much. This menu offered something for all and made selection relatively easy. All of us chose excellent starters and mains. We'll certainly be back, next time with the wife - I'm sure she'll be as equally appreciative as we all were! Mark 5Mar12
Forge Brasserie – Southportjust went to delifonseca in Stanley street for a bite to eat.it was recommended to me by a relative.O M G the food is FAB my mouth wasn't prepared for the rollercoaster ride of flavours from starter through to dessert.will be going back for sure and recommending it to all my friends.the service was very good, the waitress was very friendly polite and attentive.thank you very much for a lovely dining experience.
Delifonseca – Liverpool City CentreExcellent Indian meal ! Took elderly parents who don't eat many Indian meals to which the waiter guided them through the menu, fantastic night! Highly recommend.
The Spice Inn – PrescotMy friends and i went to the Kasbah Bizarre, for my birthday meal, and i have to say it is one of the most amazing restaurants and probably one of the best meals i and my friends have ever had! As soon as you walk in through the door your no longer in Liverpool your in Morroco with tastefully decorated ambiance, beautiful aroma's that are breath taking, A warm and friendly greeting were you are made to feel special. we had the platters an tagines and kofta's, we didn't speak much while eating as the food was so delicious! Aromatic mint tea complimentary! Myself and my friends work in the hotel industry and all agreed we would highly recommend the KASBAH BIZARRE to any of our guests who are looking for something different, we will be returning to this fabulous restaurant as couldn't fault anything, absolutely amazing!! as my friend kerry kept saying last night love this so unique,! We all loved it x
Kasbah Cafe & Bazaar – Liverpool City CentreMy wife and I visited Forge Brasserie today 02/03/2012 to celebrate my wife's birthday and our anniversary. We have been to this restaurant before and were not disappointed. Tara who served us was charming, there when we needed her and invisible when we didn't. The food was excellent as it was on our last visit.
Forge Brasserie – Southportwent for my daughter 21st had an amazing time food was fabulous ans service was to , will be going back very soon
Matou – Liverpool City CentreBeen going to Nine dragons for a while now I left a review on here back in 2008 . The service and food is fantastic highly recommended staff are really friendly lovely dining out experience . Viki
Nine Dragons – AintreeThis was my first visit to Caveau and it certainly will not be the last. The service and ambience was very good and the food was excellent my only gripe would be that the prices they charge you should not have to pay for extra vegetables there should be a complementary bowl of them!
Caveau – Woolton24th February 2012. Food and service was brilliant, would definitely recommend to anybody. Couldn't fault this restaurant lovely staff and very helpful Looking forward to going again and again.
Greek Taverna – WaterlooI have been there with my wife, we had wonderful food with efes. Everything was perfect and very very cheap. I recommend to try it.
The Sheesh Turkish BBQ Restaurant – St.HelensStunned to be served mushy processed peas with scallops as a supposed Pea Puree, I have eaten and served pea puree on many occasions but never in this form. Beef stroganoff thick and congealed. Horrible. First and last visit.
So Salsa – CrosbyI recently stayed in Southport for three nights and went to Lings on Kings. The food and service was fantastic and I mean fantastic! The spare ribs were the best I have ever had; I just wish the Chinese restaurant where we live was as good. We had a good selection of food and there was not one dish which was not liked. I would recommend the crispy chicken Peking style which was sensational and to finish off with, try the sticky toffee bananas - wow! Having gone on our first night staying in Southport, we decided to go back on the third and last night and we were not disappointed. I could not recommend enough. Adam J, Scotland
Lings on Kings – SouthportWe went to this restaurant for my birthday with 8 other family members. The restaurant was spotless and the staff were very helpful but the food portions were tiny and the food was quite poor. Will not be going this restaurant again and would not recommend to anyone else.
Eastern Diner – Mossley HillA couple of weeks ago I went into Kimos for a quick bite to eat whilst on a break from university. I can only describe my visit as disgusting. I ordered a chicken tikka jacket potato and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was spilling everywhere and the glass it was served in looked dirty so I didn't even bother to drink it. Then when the food came, the smell off the chicken was repulsive. I assume the chicken was out of date by the smell coming off it so I pushed that to one side and tried the potato which was hard and uncooked. Me and my company just stood up and left. Never in my life have I been so disgusted with food and service that I would actually walk out of a restaurant but I would not recommend any person to go here, it is not a food representation of the food places available in Liverpool!
Kimos – Liverpool City CentreAMAZING CURRY Balti Express in Liverpool is on Park Road and the shop front is incredibly eye-catching. I was on my way to Tesco and phoned them whilst doing my shopping and spoke to a very helpful member of staff. Upon leaving I received a call to say that parking outside the takeaway was limited and that they would wait OUTSIDE with the food for me and my correct change. Service was fantastic and only surpassed by the excellent food. Big chunks of chicken, thick sauce with lots of fresh green chillies.Flawless!
Balti Express – Liverpool City CentreGreat meal for the second time , when you have a nice meal you are never sure you will get the same again - no worries here - great service - nice surroundings - well worth a visit , and I will be going again
