La Tasca – Liverpool City CentreVisited here last night and have to say i was extremely disappointed. Having tried to prebook and been told we couldn't because there was only two of us but promised we would not be waiting long, we waited 50 mins whilst booked tables came in and were sat down immediately. On our arrival we were greeted by a waitress who asked us had we booked (!) and then told us we could have booked, she said we could wait and that it would be at the most half an hour. We complained to the manager after 50 minutes, who it has to be said was not interested, he then offered us a table ahead of three couples that arrived before us, this table was a barrel by the door, more suited to waiting diners, not eating a meal off! We were told it is company policy not to allow couples to pre book, well in future we won't. We left without eating wasting 1hr 20 of our evening and will not return, also we will be passing our thoughts concerning this restaurant onto our friends and colleagues.

La Tasca – Liverpool City CentreI have been to lots of different restaurants all over wirral and Chester and this is by far the best , the staff are fantastic try the shabarni jalfrezi on the specials , ten out of ten don't bother going anywhere else.
Zeera Tandoori – Heswalloh my god what great food and service . the food was incredible .i recently ate in cafe sekander with friends who absolutely raved about it and and boy was i impressed, all i can say is fantastic
Cafe Sekander – Mossley HillMyself and my fiancee have visited edwards on many occasions and have always been greeted with a friendly welcome. The Banquets are good value for money with a wide variety. I would highly recommend the peppered squid as a starter and the fillet steak Cantonese is out of this world. So if like me you like good service, Quality food at a reasonable price then Edwards is for you.
Edwards – WaterlooWent to Bistro Franc with my Mum today , used to go to the sister restaurant in Button St so decided to give this a go.Very welcoming staff when we arrived , given menu and asked what we wanted to drink . We had the £7.95 for 3 courses menu .Starters of wild mushrooms and spinach in a blue cheese sauce on bruschetta. absolutely beautiful, not an overpowering cheese sauce, many different types of mushrooms, with just wilted spinach ,no overpowering tastes they all blended well. Both of us went for same main of Fillet of seabass with hollandaise sauce ,came served with veg and baby potatoes on a hot skillet. The fish had a lovely crispy skin the sauce tasted really creamy and fresh. The veg was fresh and the red cabbage cooked in red wine was a nice change. We decided to have 2 different deserts and share , we chose profiteroles and creme brulee. Crisp topping on the creme brulee and nice sauce on the profiteroles.Only thing would say could change was the plate for main course could have been hotter. And that's the only thing.Eat here you will enjoy it
Bistro Franc – Liverpool City CentreAbsolutely loved the food! What a lovely restaurant and lovely Spanish waitress who seemed to do everything she possibly could to ensure everything was OK with our meal. To be fair it seemed like she ran the restaurant by herself! We'll definitely be back before Easter for another family meal!
Esteban Mediterranean Tapas – AigburthTRIED THEM ALL, NOTHING TO COMPARE WITH THE LIGHT OF BENGAL.DELICIOUS FOOD AND LOVELY STAFF.
Light Of Bengal – AigburthI went here for new years eve with a party of six after spotting the restaurant on sugarvine. We were upgraded for free to the VIP section overlooking the palm sugar lounge which was very much appreciated. I look Thai, Indian and Chinese food and I've been to a few Thai restaurants over the years and none could even come close this place. The food melt in your mouth amazing. Trust me and go. You wont be disappointed
Chaophraya – Liverpool City CentreI think this chip shop is the best in Liverpool for fish and chips.Massive portions, fresh fish daily, battered to perfection, and lincons maris piper potatoes that give that beautiful taste.Mouth watering. The owner has recently retired, but its still in the family,I think his son now has taken over, the quality has been maintained, the service is quick and efficient and the shop is spotless.Great shop.Mmm I'm hungry now!!!
Chris’s Fish and Chips – Mossley HillWhat a fantastic restaurant. I went here a couple of years ago when it first opened with my girlfriend and it certainly impressed. The service is of a very high standard and the food was stunning. Although I will comment about the lamb which I asked for medium and it came very rare indeed. At the time I didn't want to make a scene so I just left it. I enjoy the experience as a whole very much and would certainly recommend it for a romantic meal

Panoramic 34 – Liverpool City CentreTruly lovely restaurant - to look at ...but very disappointing service...the staff audibly moaned amongst themselves about the staff at the sister restaurant The Italian Club Fish while we had to call them over again as they hadn't brought one of our dishes. Won't be going back - food was nice but not good enough to chance experiencing such unprofessional service.
The Italian Club – Liverpool City CentreI visited Casa Mia last week with my wife and disabled daughter and have to say this will be one restaurant i am never visiting again. The manager i felt was disgusting with much innuendo said towards my wife who was simply revolted and thought it was language unsuitable for my daughter. Bar staff were rude and waiters took a very disheartening attitude towards me. How this place is still in business i dont know! ONE TO AVOID!!
Brilliant pizzas and pasta. I've been going since I was at university 30 years ago, and will still drive over from the Wirral for a Super Meat.
The Pizza Parlour – WavertreeI took very dear friends to the Cowshed for what I hoped would be a very special meal. What a disappointment !!!!!!!!!!!! We got ONE THIRD of what we had chosen and one main course meal was served with a piece of plastic bag probably originally containing the bought in veg. and 2 out of the 3 main courses were 'Sold Out". If my replacement veal was genuine veal then I certainly was NOT brought up on a farm. Of the starters the Deep Fried Brie was delicious but the other cheese starter tasted strongly of the OIL in which it had been fried. The 3 sweets were the only part f the meal that we could not find fault with. For this I paid a bill of £105.70 which at £35 per head was about 300% above what it was worth.
The Wheatsheaf Inn and Cowshed Restaurant – Heswallwe went out for a meal that was recommended but we were very disappointed we had to wait too long and the food was cold & bland as the restaurant was quiet we expected the food to be of higher quality and the staff to be more attentive very disappointed and won't be going again
