Bay Of Bengal – BootleI went to the Casa Italia when I visited from London, Ive been to some fantastic Italian restaurant's in my time, but the Casa Italia was the most friendly and welcoming Italian I have been to yet! I had the Pollo al Forno for my main, and have found myself craving this meal everytime I get peckish! To say this place is Excellent is an understatement, I would 100% recommend this place to anybody visiting Liverpool.
Casa Italia – Liverpool City CentreThe Royal is the best Indian restaurant in Liverpool,I have been going to the royal for the past 12yrs with my husband, brothers, sisters and friends,The Hot Butter chicken is the best meal by far,the onion bahjis are gorgeous too, I would recommend this Indian to everyone who loves curry!
Royal Tandoori Restaurant – WavertreeWould definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone, it is by far the best in Liverpool, we go regularly and just love it,all the staff are fantastic, Ali the Manager is brilliant, and ~Yvonne and Beatra are the best hosts around ever, i invited about 26 people there for my big birthday and could not have chosen a better place to take them LOVE IT THERE !!!!!!
Greek Taverna – WaterlooGorgeous food, and great service. The lamb chops are amazing, the rice and chips are lovely. We go alot and ive never been disappointed!
Greek Taverna – Waterloofantastic food lovely staff and a great place if you want a romantic night out or a family celebration. We held our sons 1st birthday here with family and the service was fab. I have tried every item on the menu and i cant fault it. I live in Ainsdale and am so proud to have such a lovely restaurant where i live. I urge people that have never been there to try it, as i know you will agree its fabulous.
Dolce Vita – SouthportOur party of four had a "3 tenners" lunch a couple of weeks ago. Food was average, service was slow, they charged for sauces without telling us when they offered them and added a service charge, which wasn't mentioned either. Had better, sorry. Shame you don't publish negative comments since only publishing positives gives a skewed view of the establishment, suggest you reconsider your policy if you want to provide a balanced service to visitors to your site.
Malmaison Brasserie – Liverpool City CentreAfter reading previous recommendations I was really looking forward to eating at Puschka. On arrival I was pleased by the warm ambience and was greeted by a pleasant member of staff. Unfortunately, that was where the positives ended because the food hugely disappointing. When I eat out, I like to be a little surprised by the food I receive. Restaurant food doesn’t have to spectacular but it should at least show a little imagination and be above what I could create myself given 5 minutes and a bag of vegetables. For starters my partner ordered an asparagus dish which sounded fantastic, on arrival it consisted of 4 strands of overcooked vegetable with a soft boiled egg on top. My own starter was described as sea bass fillet with chilli and lemon dressing, when it arrived I thought I’d ordered a vegetarian dish, a small portion of unflavoured onions and coriander mixed in with flakes of something fishy hardly describes fillet. Both main courses were equally uninspiring and the meat on both, despite a request for medium cook was the wrong side of nuked. Top this with a cost of £57 and you’ll leave feeling disappointed. I left thinking well it was June the 11th, it was the opening game for England against the USA in the World Cup, maybe the chef had bunked off to the pub, come to think of it, wish I’d done the same. Sorry for this review, Puschka you need to up your game people don't want to arrive hungry, leave hungry, loose £57 in the process.
Puschka – Liverpool City Centreme and my wife and two kids went here for Sunday lunch in April 2010 we all got soup for starter which tasted odd so we sent it back then the waitress said the cook had tasted it and we were right it was odd i thought the cook was supposed to taste before it left the kitchen then the roast came out meat was like old boots we had to ask for more gravy because potatoes was very dry do not recommend this restaurant i would give it 2 out of 10 didn't even say sorry about soup manager and cook need sacking
Pioneer Bar and Brasserie – CrosbyMy partner and I have been to Fat Mommas several times and have always had a great meal. Whether it is the early evening special or something of the main menu, it is always a great experience. good food, great atmosphere, lovely surroundings.
Ella Grill – BirkenheadBeen to La Parrilla three times now with the wife in the past 2 months. Great place. lovely staff, friendly atmosphere, delicious and reasonably priced food. terrific. Would recommend to anyone wanting a traditional mexican meal. Many thanks
La Parrilla – WaterlooIf you want an excellent meal visit PAUL'S PLACE - we did 10 of us and we could not fault either the menu or the service, even the vegetarian amongst us The variety of dishes on the menu was more than enough to satisfy our tastes - starters, main meals, and desserts, Had never been before but will certainly be going back, nothing was too much for either Paul or his staff. Thank you Paul for making our evening
Pauls Place – Mossley HillHad an amazing family meal here today. The food is fantastic. I had a brazilian curry with seafood. This was the best curry I have ever eaten and was full of flavours, very different to the usual bland curries. My wife had the sea bass which was equally as good. The kids food was very good too (and also free of charge). We will go back here very soon,
Las Iguanas – Liverpool City CentreI would like to say what a lovely restaurant. Staff were lovely and chatty. Food was superb never tasted pasta quite like this. The sauce was divine and my partners pizza was the best he has tasted. We will be back soon and looking forward to it already.
Salvatore’s – SouthportWe have dined here many times and also invited friends to join us.The food is delicious service is great and great value for money. Our friends have had a 50th birthday here and also a wedding reception. Excellent well recommended.
Crete Greek Taverna – Southportwe visit here on a regular basis both for lunch and dinner. Excellent food staff great lovely atmosphere.
Forge Brasserie – SouthportThe meal was frankly disappointing but that was nothing compared to the service we received. After we complained about the food the chef came out and explained that we should have been given the choice of dressings for our salad (it arrived dry and wilted) and a choice of potatoes (instead of the frozen half cooked fries we received). The burger itself was home made and was good, although it was served on a floured bap rather than a burger bun. All of that coupled with staff who attempted to clear our plates before we had finished, warm flat peroni and cold bitter, a table that you could not move the chair out from because it was too close to the wall and a mildly aggressive manager who refused to speak to us after we complained made for a very poor evening.
Astoria – West Kirbywe so love going to the Greek taverna, the food is fantastic and well presented, the staff are also very profession and make eating their a lovely experience, and to top that if possible, the price is with in everyone budget.
