Ego Mediterranean Restaurant – Liverpool City Centrevery enjoyable evening
Ego Mediterranean Restaurant – HeswallFantastic little place. Food was delicious and service very friendly. Inexpensive little gem on Smithdown Road!
Selam Cafe – Wavertree19-11-2011Just had a great brekkie in Caffe Roma, inexpensive and tasty, quality food and the mushrooms were the best.
Caffe Roma – St.Helensvisited the almond for the Ala carte menu place busy people taking advantage of the early diner Carling great value at £3 pint ordered the smoked haddock fish cakes was not impressed they were very dense in texture and didn't taste of any thing let alone smoked haddock the accompanying salad was limp and lifeless.the fillet steak and hand cut chips came with packet pepper sauce poor tomato and over cooked mushrooms Ala-carte i don't think so.
Almond Bar and Restaurant – West DerbyWe have visited the pub a couple of times since the reopening and have been very impressed with the interior design, lay out of the food and drinks areas, the friendly service provided by all of the staff and the quality of the food served. On Sundays the traditional Sunday lunch is a particularly good choice and is very reasonably priced too. I am currently working my way through the pudding list, and can highly recommend the Sticky Toffee Pudding and Jam Roll. My daughter liked the fact that she could have custard with any of the puddings! In December we hope to return to check out the Christmas menu.
Arion At Ainsdale – SouthportThe worst meal I have ever had. Food cold, bland, tasteless and dessert was gone off panna cotta with mouldy raspberries. Avoid!
Schmooze Wine Bar and Eatery – Mossley HillI go fairly regularly often with a large group. The food is great , people are really friendly and courteous. Could not recommend more highly.
Asiana – West DerbyBeen eating at this Restaurant since it opened, it is by far the best in Liverpool, each meal is different and you get just what you ordered, so tasty and served by friendly staff and reasonably priced, what more could one ask for? The Manager Mr.Rahman is very welcoming. We have taken many of our Asian Friends there and they also agree it is a great Restaurant. Next time you want a good Indian Meal, try The Light of Bengal.
Light Of Bengal – AigburthThis really is a hidden little gem of an Indian restaurant / takeaway. I am an avid curry fan and am very particular about quality Indian food. This place has such a mouthwateringly diverse menu, I get hungry just thinking about it. Some curry houses have a very bland selection to choose from but The Indian Palace caters for every taste bud. Sweet, sour, mild to blindingly hot, the dishes here make this my number one choice for Indian food. The staff are very polite too. The only thing missing on the menu for me is a 'mansuri' dish or 'lamb chop tandoori.' I would love to see those added to this already tantalising menu, but I'm just greedy. Five star food, which I thoroughly recommend to any fan of Indian cuisine. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Simply superb!
Bengal Lounge – SouthportI have had many Indian meals and The Kasturi is one of the finest restaurants in Southport. There is an authentic taste and some fantastic dishes. A takeaway delivery service would be nice but other than that, you can't go wrong. Pure quality!
Kasturi Indian Cuisine – Southporttop restaurant first class service and the food is unbeatable salt and pepper crispy chicken is the one for me and crispy duck finished with a steak dinner, kids meals are great too, jimmy and his wife and family are lovely people and make you feel at home, its are fave restaurant by far, first class service,
Chung Lok Chinese Restaurant – BootleGreat service and friendly staff, good value for money and clean. Location is great with an upstairs conservatory that has a sliding roof in the summer!
Hannahs Bar – Liverpool City Centrei have eaten in many restaurants in merseyside and across the country and i can honestly say ego is the best (the one in hope street Liverpool) the service the food and staff so attentive would highly recommend
Ego Mediterranean Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreI was disappointed when I visited. Why bother to sell frozen, over cooked Calamari? The staff all looked at me as though I had done something wrong because I only wanted two starters, and I was the only customer. Never again!
Mezze – WallaseyThe one and only Master Chef, best in Liverpool, not been for a while, the Wife has a broken foot, so yes the staff are so friendly.
Master Chef Tandoori Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreUsed to be a good place to eat but the standard has slipped within the last few months. Food cold and very delayed
