Harringtons Bar & Eatery – PrescotSuch a great range of food, so much to choose from. We are regulars and went for our favourite, mixed meat platter for two. Amazing food, great atmosphere and good value for money. A must try
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreAmazing food. Value for money & great staff. We love it here! Can’t wait to go back again
Souvla Allerton – Mossley HillHad a lovely relaxed and entertaining afternoon at this iconic cafe. The lucky resident cats were very friendly and exceedingly happy and relaxed. They have the best life tbh. All well cared for and in the best of health. The staff were friendly and inviting and the coffee and cakes were delicious. Will revisit again..cant wait tbh. Its a big YES from me. A definite 10 out of 10.
Jacksons Rescue Cat Cafe – HoylakeAmazing food and amazing service as always! Been a few times and loved it. But last night we came for a big family birthday celebration, 10 of us and we were all spoilt and looked after so well! We had a variety of foods and it all was delicious and so much of it, even able to take home leftovers. We will be back again soon definitely.
Christakis Aigburth – AigburthWent to the Sing Faye to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with family, and everything for the evening was perfect but the food was exception. All hot, tasty and service was well spaced out, not rushed. The evening was a great success....thank you all.at the Sing Faye!!!!

Souvla – Liverpool City CentreA lovely Thai experience in a small very friendly Bistro style restaurant. Book in advance if you want a specific date or weekend, it gets booked up for a very good reason but the online booking system is excellent. We visited mid week, it was our first visit and first impression was Excellent. It is small but has a great atmosphere, there was the buzz of people enjoying their evening always a good sign. Goya the owner/chef showed us to our table and offered help if we needed any advice on the menu. You are not rushed, evening bookings mean you have the table for the evening, but you can book for 1700hrs and may need to vacate your table before the evening bookings but 90 mins/2 hours is good for a meal. The menu offers Vegetarian option, GF, and NO MSG!. There is a licensed bar and the wine menu albeit limited was not an issue we were there for the Thai experience. Excellent menu, check online and get an idea, we had starters of "Heavenly Beef" Wow!! and fresh papaya salad both brilliant!. The "king prawn red curry" was delicious full of flavour as was the pan fried "Pad Khing". If you are regular visitors to Thailand and love your food "Thai" hot then let Goya know, I am sure she will be more than happy to boost the chilli level, however, we found the chilli level & flavour in our dishes perfect. This is a genuine Thai food experience using all the ingredients you would get in Thailand. 100% on our revisit list, although we don't live in the area we are more than happy to make the journey to enjoy quality Thai food.
Goya Bistro – St. HelensI came here with friends before going to the Empire. It's our 2nd time dining and we fully enjoyed our pizzas . All freshly cooked from scratch and were outstanding . The best pizzas we have tasted . We had scouse in our last visit and that was superb too. Staff were friendly . The prices were reasonable Our go to place for the future and so near to the empire .
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreFirst time here - lovely fresh and tasty Thai food - the host was very helpful and informative. Would definitely go back soon - so worth a try if you’re thinking of going
Goya Bistro – St. HelensDelicious food, delighted there was plenty of gluten free options too. My cherry and almond sponge dessert was so light and tasty, good to have more than 1 choice of gluten free. Thank you!!! Lovely service from the team, will definitely be back soon.
Harringtons Bar & Eatery – PrescotExcellent! I haven’t been for quite a few years as I’ve moved out of the area, but this was an excellent option as we were staying at the Premier Inn opposite. The Happy Hour menu meant we had a great meal which was superb value for money.
Master McGraths – SouthportAmazing food, great staff, really friendly. Head chef is very talented. If you get the chance to eat in the restaurant it is a MUST.
Tik Taco – SouthportWe decided to give this a try because it’s quite new to our area and they have lettuce wrap on the menu, one of my favourite starters. The restaurant is quite small and there was a big party in when we arrived so we asked to be seated upstairs where it was quieter. We started with the chicken lettuce wrap and chicken satay skewers, both were delicious. Main courses were beef curry and two meat kung po with a double happiness rice to share. The food was delicious and the service excellent. We had two bottles of the house wine which was really good and the total bill was £90. We thought that was very reasonable. We’re already looking forward to going back to try other things on the menu.
