Quite nice. Nice food, but the staff seem quite stressed, they must be a bit busy.

107 Dining Room – HeswallIs nice to eat in Princess Garden
China Garden – AintreeWasn? all that fussed on going but soooo glad I did!!! The quality of the food was fantastic, and such big portions. MUST TRY THE RIBS! Best I?e ever had. Even if you aren? sure about American style dining, TRY IT and see, you will love it!
Damons – Mossley HillI have been to the Cafe several times and never been disappointed with the food served, "HUGE PORTIONS" given, (I Have Shared one meal between two a couple of times) the quality of the food is spot on and the building is beautiful!! buy two glasses of wine get the bottle free what more could you ask for?
Blackburne House – Liverpool City CentreThis is a good place its easy to get to aswell. I went with my girlfriend and we had a great time. We spend most of it talking to the staff.
King Wah Restaurant – Heswallfantastic food, great atmosphere.
Frankie and Bennys – WavertreeNice pub with a good selection of Thwaites real ales and some interesting lagers with a great weissbier. Roast beef was excellent- served rare and very tender. Pub had quite a relaxed atmosphere, and though not posh, was genuine with friendly staff
Dibbinsdale Inn – HeswallI have visited the quarter twice now and would definitely recommend it, great food and really well priced. Ambience is great n a fab place to go in a group, very tasty pasta and they don? skimp on the portions - I recommend the lasagne! Overall a great little restaurant only spoilt by the fact they don? have wine glasses - wine out of a tumbler doesn't quite have the same effect!
The Quarter – Liverpool City CentreThis was the best Tapas restaurant I have been to!! The food was absolutely spot on and the service quick and very pleasant! A small cosy, friendly place, quite dark but then that added to the Spanish theme very well. I would recommend this to anyone, especially seafood lovers too as the King Prawns in a chilli and oil sauce were fantastic!! Portions are big too, we each got 3 tapas and this was more than enough, as we couldn? finish all of it!! Was happy with the bill too, worked out about £20 per person but then we didn? order any alcoholic drinks, just about 2 or 3 large soft drinks each!! Definitely worth a try!
Tapas Tapas – WaterlooWe have been to Red Fort a few times now and I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff are extremely polite, efficient and accommodating, and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. We also really like that there was no smoking allowed at the table (it being restricted to the bar area). The restaurant itself is quite large (with an upstairs dining area when required), well lit and pleasantly furnished. They also offer a take away service. We're already planning our next visit. You should definitely give it a try :)
Red Fort – AigburthI work as a chef in colours restaurant and I think the food is fantastic for the price paid. The staff make u feel very welcome and the outstanding teamwork and work relationships really come across in the food produced. I would really recommend this restaurant.
Colours Restaurant – St.HelensExcellent standard of food and service. I would suggest booking over the weekend.
Damons – Mossley HillI had a lovely past dish but let's be honest, pasta is very cheap to produce so I consider it all to be over priced. The only difference here is the unusual choice of sauces and they do taste good.
Gusto – Liverpool City CentreI ate in the brassiere on Friday 20th for the first time and was a little disappointed with the food. Having chosen the mushroom on toast starter I was served mushroom on bread, and the green curry was a little bland. Having said that though, my girlfriends meal was superb so perhaps just a poor choice on my part... the food not the girl!
The London Carriage Works – Liverpool City CentreTasty, well presented food -with a great choice of interesting dishes. Great service and good choice of drinks. The combination of bar and restaurant provides a lively atmosphere without too much excess noise. Finally, the dark oak and natural brickwork interior provides a calming and relaxed ambience.
Que Pasa Cantina – AigburthThe food was great and served very promptly. And those booths are something special. Only let down was staff friendliness. It wouldn't be too hard for them to smile a little; they always seemed distracted and uninterested.
Uni Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreFirst time Ive been here. Chose from the £12.95 set menu (Saturday before 5pm) The food was excellent, as was the wine. A stylish restaurant, which I will definitely be visiting again.
Auberge Brasserie – SouthportI chose to take my girlfriend to La Vina before whisking her away to the Palace Empire to see a show. The setting is as authentic as we have in England, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food was very good and far surpassed the La Tasca chain which where highlighted as distinctly average in comparison and more expensive to boot. I would highly recommend this restaurant, the food is excellent as are the waiting staff and all for around £50 for two people.
