Bakers Dozen – Bootlealways eat here food very good staff friendly well worth a visit.
Windmill Inn – SouthportHave visited this restaurant with friends and as a couple on maybe 10 occasions since it opened. I have never once been disappointed with the food, wine, service and friendliness of the staff. Liverpool now has 4 or 5 really fine restaurants and this one gets my vote. Deserves at least a bib if not a star.
Spire – WavertreeI loved it there I go everyday after work. I also spend most of my weekend there, and downstairs swinging it on the karaoke. It? pure fab wahooooo baby, go shangrila go!!!!!!!!!!! xxxxxxxxxxx
Shangrila Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreI think this restaurant is the best I have ever been to. I thought the chocolate sprinkles were a lovely and thoughtful idea. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly and really made me and my partner feel welcome. I would recommend it to anyone and give it 10 out of 10.
Nicola’s Ristorante – WaterlooMy partner, my parents and I visited MEI MEI this week. The food was amazing! We waited quite a long time for the food to be brought out to be honest but it was worth the wait! The staff were very helpful... although at times maybe a little too efficient. Sometimes it felt as if they were waiting to pounce as soon as you put down your fork! The variety of food is good and has a great choice for vegetarians. All in all we were pleased with the restaurant. We will go again and will recommend friends and family.
Mei Mei – Liverpool City Centreits was great. the food was lovely. it was a great experience
Tandoori Ghar – St.HelensLunch time here is a real treat. The food is freshly prepared and delicious. The staff are extremely attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended are the pineapple fritters - 2 slices of battered pineapple in a lovely syrup. About 2 million calories but who cares!
Jasmine Tree Restaurant – SouthportAbsolutely fantastic if you like chicken! You will not get a better barbecue anywhere else...unless you go to Portugal. Friendly staff, well located. Daniel Beddingfield was there, once. I'm a customer, great food, great value for money.
Nando’s – SouthportI have been there it was very nice the food was very well made and tasted great. It was a nice experience.
Tandoori Ghar – St.HelensMy boyfriend and I visited last Sunday with 3 children aged 5,6 and 11.The food was excellent as was the service though the evening was spoiled by the entertainment, a man playing the keyboard and singing at very loud volume. I felt I was in a holiday camp and this totally spoiled it for us, the only fault I could find food wise was with the dessert, for some strange reason someone decided it was a good idea to sprinkle hundreds and thousands on them. Why???????? Also, the children? ice-creams came in a lonely bowl without the sparkler described in the menu though the lovely waitress took them away and came back with them sparkling.
Nicola’s Ristorante – WaterlooI went on Wednesday night fantastic I had for starters blackpudding with lettuce unusual but delicious then the lamb on a bed of mash potatoes in a lovely sauce and a bottle of white wine my partner went for salmon wrapped in asparagus and rib-eye steak in a stilton sauce with new and boiled potatoes plenty of vegetables; broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and red cabbage which we shared delicious he opted for a bottle of red wine we had a lovely night. We couldn? believe how busy it was but then we knew why a two course meal for 2, 2 bottles of wine £30 EXCELLENT and that night Liverpool beat PSV 2-0 so the nightlife was a good atmosphere and very busy like a Saturday night we enjoyed and told friends and we will be going back.
Bistro Pierre – Liverpool City CentreBeen to Antonelli's many times for family celebrations. It's a great restaurant, FANTASTIC service, lovely food, and a great atmosphere. A great little gem!
Pietra Bar and Restaurant – WaterlooWe were visiting Liverpool recently staying at the Liner Hotel, who recommended the Maharajah; we are a group of Maritime singers from Bristol `The Harry Browns` this restaurant is superb. We were excellently looked after, the menu and food was clearly explained to us in a professional manner with knowledge, quality of food was outstanding, we can say this with qualification as we have eaten curries in many parts of the world, but this restaurant? food is the best. Thank you for your hospitality, outstanding food and service, The Harry Browns Of Bristol.
Maharaja South Indian Restaurant – Liverpool City CentreGreat surroundings, interesting menu and very good service, relaxed atmosphere. Now to the food, we had heard good things about the Cow Shed from friends and were not disappointed. It really was outstanding, well thought through with good portions, vegetables were superb too. Interesting wine list. Would recommend booking well in advance.
The Wheatsheaf Inn and Cowshed Restaurant – HeswallThe food was simply superb. I highly recommend the venison which was out of this world. The service was also excellent.
The London Carriage Works – Liverpool City CentreLovely food, classy decor, attentive staff. Always seems popular. More expensive than most other Indian restaurants I have been to though!
Zeera Tandoori – HeswallWent for New Years Eve just gone and it was fabulous. Pre-booked a table and had our own waiter service - didn't even have to get up out of your seat and you can imagine how big the queues at the bar were! Rose Petals fell down at 12, it was a fabulous atmosphere and would definitely recommend it.
