Chinese Kitchen – WallaseyI think Cathay Dynasty is a nice place to dine the service was lovely the waitresses were very polite and helpful. I certainly think they should be getting a very good pay for the way they were so helpful, the manager seems to be very harsh on his staff and the way the service is given out which I think is very well done
Cathay Dynasty – St.Helensgood honest curry good honest prices
Heswall Tandoori – HeswallAFTER HEARING RAVE REVIEWS OF THIS RESTAURANT WE SET OUT TO EXPLORE FRAICHE, AND MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY IMPRESSED BY THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE, THE TASTING MENU HAS TO BE TAKEN AS THIS GIVES A BETTER PERSPECTIVE OF THE ORIGINAL AND STIMULATING CUISINE OFFERED, A RESTAURANT WITH A VERY BRIGHT FUTURE, THE BEST FINE DINING IN THE NORTH WEST WE HAVE YET FOUND.
Fraiche Restaurant – OxtonNice setting and staff nice and helpful. However, you can tell it? a chain pub with cheap ingredients - don't have sausage and mash! Although my friend has the chicken fajitas and she enjoyed them! So it? up to you if you want to take the risk!
Allerton Hall – WooltonGreat service and the food is second to none. So far, the finest indian restaurant that I've come across.
Heswall Tandoori – HeswallIt takes a lot to reduce my mother-in-law to tears (of pleasure I might add), but they managed it! Very good food fantastically served, how nice to have attentive yet inobtrusive people to deliver the delights from a menu that is small enough to be done fresh i.e. not pre-delivered and thrown into a combi-microwave to heat and yet eclectic enough to satisfy any taste. We would recommend this place to anyone as the total experience was thoroughly enjoyable. Shame there wasn't a Wacky Warehouse (not!)
Sheldrakes – HeswallDecided to try this local restaurant. Couldnt really fault anything but the rice wasnt to my liking as it was very plain!
Nicola’s Ristorante – WaterlooWe often go here especially in the summer it just seems the right thing to do. I think I have probably tried most things on the menu now and have no reason fault it, infact we keep coming back so they must be doing something right. The San Miguel in the jugs hit the spot and they also have a good choice of Rioja. But the best thing on the whole menu has to be the Paella, don? forget to scrape the browned rice of the bottom of the pan, it is so sweet.
La Tasca – Liverpool City CentreMy wife and I had an early meal here from the 'Prix Fixe' menu which is available until 7pm on weekdays. The food was very good and excellent value. There is a rather limited choice on the Prix Fixe menu, but I am sure that is necessary to achieve the low prices. I had steak. It was a very good one and cooked exactly as I requested. A very good restaurant that I will use again.
Ego Mediterranean Restaurant – HeswallAhhhhhhhhhhhh......absolutely outstanding....you gotta try it it's fantastic
Palace Balti Tandoori – St.HelensI went there for a surprise 50th for my dad a few years ago. Very nice food and very nice people. Crackin cosy pub.
Bottle And Glass – St.HelensI enjoyed a meal here with my husband on a night out in Liverpool. We went on a Saturday night and didn? have to make a reservation. We were served promptly and the food was delicious. The chicken was tender and the portions were generous. The staff were very helpful, as we had never been to Liverpool before and they told us all of the best places to go on a night out. All round good experience
Bella Italia – Liverpool City CentreAlways a pleasure to eat out at The Childe of Hale the service is excellent and the menu is delicious.
Childe Of Hale – WooltonSheldrakes is one of those places - guaranteed a very nice meal, nice atmosphere, nice people. Just watch out for the terrible road surface you have to walk down - if your ladies in heels , best to carry her or take 'em off! Taxis can be a nightmare to get there as I experienced. Prices reasonable - for Heswall....
Sheldrakes – HeswallFraiche is not just good; it is simply world class. The food equals the best of Paris, London and New York and it won't be long before Mark Wilkinson has at least one Michelin star. I'm lucky; I live around the corner from Fraiche. It's a restaurant for special occasions - eating there is very special. Clearly it's attracting discerning customers from a wide area; what it needs now is Wirral residents to realise what they've got on their doorsteps.
Fraiche Restaurant – OxtonConsistently excellent food (although has recently gone up in price a little). Fantastic staff and welcoming atmosphere - well worth it for a special night out.
The London Carriage Works – Liverpool City CentreTried Cloisters after finding it on the Net and was delighted with the place. Previous reviews were spot on and we would recommend it to anyone. Very pleasant and quiet with excellent food. Only disappointment - we could not manage one of their sweets!
