Belash – SouthportI'd heard good reports about this restaurant and I wasn't disappointed. The staff were extremely attentive and helped with my menu selection. I plumbed for the chicken Sharisha which was amazing and very unusual as it had mustard and mint in. Talking to the manager he explained the dish was a creation of the chef and that he had a few others up his sleeve. I would recommend this place to anyone, give it a go!

Knightsbridge Restaurant – SouthportI was very impressed by this restaurant. It is an ultra modern contemporary building, yet this unusual choice of building has been successfully blended with traditional Chinese themes via strategically placed statues, pieces of artwork and furniture. The view through the full length glass wall of the river Mersey is magnificent. The lights from the Wirral peninsula are particularly attractive of an evening. The food and drink was of a high quality. The staff are reserved yet friendly, the best combination I feel. A memorable time was had by all.
