Much larger than it looks from the street, beautifully decorated and very impressive service. I tried the grilled dumplings and the sweet and sour chicken, and both were delicious. Will be back.
Imperial China – Holborn

Imperial China – HolbornI went to this restaurant last week and I am afraid the service was appalling. The waiter was more interested in texting than he was serving. I left before my food was served as the waiter after several requests for a drink could not even be bothered to bring it to the table even though it was waiting at the bar. I would not recommend the place at all.
Casa Mamma – BloomsburyWe went to Myung Ga while spending a few days in London as we wanted to try something new. The location is great, and easy to find. We waited about 10 minutes for a table and then were shown to a table near the bar with a table top barbecue, which we wanted to try. The tables are close together, we were pretty much sharing ours with another pair of diners, but this was part and parcel of the friendly atmosphere and hands on approach to the meal! We had a set meal for two as we weren't sure what everything was. The dishes came to the table seemingly at random, and the waitresses were happy to explain anything we asked about the food. The waitress also barbecued the beef on the (gas) table top barbecue. I'm not sure if you get to cook your own if you seem more competent with Korean cuisine than us! Everything was delicious except for the cold cabbage roll (Kimchi, I think) which was not to our taste! I would recommend this lovely restaurant to everyone. We would love to go again.
Myung Ga – Soholovely relaxing very friendly ,,when in London again which will be 29/7/31 for my birthday will deffo be going..
Zeo’s – BloomsburyI stayed here for two nights the service was good, breakfast was great and the room very nice. The building is very spacious and novel. Above all its in a great location for visiting the South Bank and all it has to offer. The Millennium bridge is 5 minutes away. St Pauls has a lovely atmosphere with lots of bars and restaurants I enjoyed my stay at The Grange and would stay there again.
Grange St Paul’s Hotel – CityThe setting, style and design is beautiful. Service and most important, the food is very good. Four faces is a lovely place to go for a special occasion or celebration. The staff were polite and attentive. We were there with a large group, which makes it a different experience than if we would have been with the 2 of us. They handled us very well, timing was just excellent!
Four Faces Contemporary Thai Kitchen – West LondonThis restaurant is awful. I could not recommend at all. Food very greasy. American food should be served by Americans not Indians who have no clue how the food should be presented or how it tastes.
Adams Rib – SohoTend to be in this restaurant once every 2 weeks or so. Food is fresh & tasty if the service is a bit haphazard. Family run & always busy! Would thoroughly recommend the lamb chops & the chicken kebabs are superb :-)
Cappadocia Ocakbasi – South LondonMcQueen is a beautifully decorated venue in the heart of Shoreditch. You automatically feel like a celeb in such a cool, quirky bar and the food is amaze! Went with the girls last week for a quick one after work and we ended up staying for several drinks and platters. Music was good too! Recommend to you all.. :)
Grill At McQueen – CityI attempted to visit this joint, during it's opening hours and found it closed. The place seems to be in the middle of a run down, deserted industrial area that only the walking dead frequent. There were no signs on the place giving a reason for it's lack of activity and it had the air of neglect and dilapidation to it. A true example of entropy at work...
Fat Boys Diner – DocklandsLast week I had a romantic dinner with my wife. The overall experience was fantastic. The food was delicious and well presented; the atmosphere was lively and the service was good. We were seen to straight away and the waiting time between the dishes was short. It was not the first time we go and it still is a safe bet.
Signor Sassi – Belgravia and Pimlicowas on my own in Soho and fancied an Italian bite. Polpo was just perfect. I sat at the bar and had a gorgeous croquette and Clam pasta. I really liked the small portions and the lovely wine served in those tumblers. Great food and a cool atmosphere.
Polpo – SohoLove this hotel and the addition of a great Sushi restaurant!
The Westbury – Mayfairgood quality standard Italian food on a nice London street. Friendly and helpful service, for the price you cant go wrong
Spaghetti House – Holbornamazing pizza and amazing roof terrace and staff so friendly and nice
Bar Centrale – Camden TownA smashing place. The food is very good, the ambiance extremely friendly, attentive service, everything oversee by the boss. price wise, definitely one of the best value French/fish restaurant in Kensington if not in London.A restaurant not to miss !!
Chez Patrick – KensingtonWhilst the food was good, having to call the police because the staff at this restaurant were unlawfully detaining us after refusing to honour the my restaurant card discount was completely unacceptable. I would recommend that no one even contemplated for a second visiting this truly awful establishment. I do not expect to be rudely yelled at and my possessions snatched away, whilst being threatened if we attempted to leave.
Connoisseur Indian Tandoori – Bayswater and PaddingtonIt was my 25th birthday and I booked the much talked about lotus lounge for a private get together with my close friends. We were 26 of us and everything at tamarai was beyond expectations. The music was just amazing with the DJ playing my favourite music as per request.. the food was awesome and my friends were all praise about my party. The pan-asian food, cocktails and the elaborate wine-list, everything decided as per my wish , this was just the perfect personalised birthday party i could have and best part that it was all worth the price i payed. So I'm sure many more parties to come at this happening place. Definitely recommend tamarai to everyone.!!
