Once again the food and service was fantastic, This restaurant is not like your typical curry house, Their menu is a variety of Indian, pakistani and Bangladeshi modern cooking with empathising on sea food.

Salaam Namaste – BloomsburyThe best curry place (just outside) The City - as witnessed by the lunchtime clamour for seats. The Meat Biryani beats anything I've had anywhere. A friend over from India said it was the most authentic Indian restaurant he'd found in London. (Oh, and the Samosas are apparently like his mum makes back home) Enjoy!
Halal Restaurant – East Londonpity it's been closed. the scottish owner sold it. Christofer! please buy it back
La Cocotte – North LondonMy family and i always go to 'The Tale Of India' The food there is extremely delicious! specially the 'chicken noorjahani' dish and the'Lamb jaleshory' dish. I would recommend anyone that goes there to try those two dishes as you will not be disappointed!(if you like spicy)
Tale of India – DocklandsThis small restaurant on two floors - ground and basement - serves excellent French food at ridiculously inexpensive prices. Even the wine list has gentle mark ups!
Savoir Faire – BloomsburyDelicious food and friendly service is supported with reasonable prices. My favorite place...
Hasan Meze Mangal – North Londonloved it we will be back excellent
Emiles Restaurant – Putneythis is a great little indian restaurant. White City has little to recommend it, least of all places to eat, but Curry Express is a welcome oasis in the drabness of White City; Wood Lane etc Lovely, friendly service, great food and they do a really good Indian red wine. I do recommend it very highly....
Curry Express – West LondonWe travelled an hour and a half to meet family from abroad here as they were staying locally and sat isolated in the middle of the atrium area which had all the ambience of a school canteen. The food was poor, the main courses were cold and looked congealed on the plate - I don't know how far away the kitchens are but it looked well travelled. The time between courses just bordered on acceptable as we had lots to catch up on but it was pretty empty so wouldn't like to go when it was busy. Extremely poor value for money.
Atrium – WestminsterGreat food, best pasta this side of Italy, fab atmosphere, lovely staff.
De Martino Restaurant – FitzroviaI LOVE this restaurant!! I've been at least 20 times in 2 years and will continue to frequent this restaurant. It's amazing, it has beautiful river views, a chilled restaurant vibe where you can have a quiet romantic dinner or a fun dinner with friends with amazing service, fantastic food and all for such great value! I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion and if you fancy a good Indian meal!
Memsaheb On Thames – DocklandsI eat at the tale of India restaurant regularly and I enjoy it. The food is perfect and the staff are very friendly. I recommend this restaurant to anybody who enjoys a great meal.
Tale of India – DocklandsI was at the BFI bar last Saturday for a drink with a friend. I wanted to know how much a single shot of JD is and was told by the barman that it's £2.15. I asked how much a double would be (hoping for a good deal). I was quite shocked to be told by the barman that it's £4.75!!!!When I then asked the barman to explain this extraordinary pricing policy, he was quite unable to do so. He suggested that I 'order' two singles and then he would pour them into the same glass..... I am fairly certain that this pricing policy is applied to all drinks, not just the one I ordered. Needless to say my friends and I were not impressed with this and left the bar without much of an intention of returning.
Benugo Bar and Kitchen – South Londonthe best chinese restaurant in tower bridge
Hing Lee – South LondonGood honest pub food in a typical English Pub served by Aussies. Good cold beers and English ales.
Three Tuns, The – MaryleboneDoes exactly what it says, simple decor and simple menu. The food is stunning, freshly prepared, expertly presented and delicious. The waiters are friendly, polite and attentive and the cost won't blow the bank even the wine list is simple and inexpensive. You will have to book - it was packed when we went. It deserves 10/10.
Simplicity – South LondonVery large portions, very tasty food! The best kebab and turkish cuisine I have eaten in ages and ages.
Bos Cirrik – North LondonRoast Duck - succulent morsels of crispy skin, layered fat and juicy meat - without the gamey fowl aftertaste! The best the chinese kingdom has to offer have come here to rest on your palate. Vegetables are blanched well, and is served to you cooked, yet mantains its appetising healthy green colour - crunchy and bite-friendly (my incisors don't meet, so it helps). The jasmine fragrant white rice is nicely boiled, a tad soft for the chew, but choke-proof. The offering by the famous Beijing Quan Ju De Ya pales in comparison(coagulated duck fat anyone?) to what they offer here. Both the outlets in Bayswater and Gerard St near Leicester Sq are consistently good. Money well spent.
