Amazing staff, food was delicious, very welcoming, quick and efficient service!
The Man At Arms – LutterworthEnjoyed the food but a couple of points to be made. with a chef special main course I would expect more veg than mashed potato and green beans of which my partner had twice as many as me. Also there was far too much gravy, with the food swimming in it. It was very tasty minty gravy. presentation not really up to scratch.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthTry the restaurant for the first time Friday night and found it very safe. Lot of choice on the menu. Food and service was very good. Definitely will be returning soon.
Cheikhos Restaurant – LutterworthHad a great safe evening, staff were very helpful and friendly, food was amazing.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthMyself family & friends have been dining here for around 2 decades. Always enjoyed the meal and continued buying meat & products when restaurants were closed. Always, that is until last Thursday. Booked a table for 4 for wife & I plus son and daughter-in-law who live with us. Daughter and 2 toddler children, who complete our bubble, booked a table for 3. On arrival I asked if the 2 tables could be close.....No, because there's 7 of you Ok, forget being close, just 2 tables then......No, cant do it. Its the law What! You can't find us 2 tables anywhere here........No. Its the law My daughter said she would go home and left, before I could recover and wished we had all left. He then insisted payment be by app & moved 2 tables together even though we had said we were happy with separate tables For the record, Man at Arms, the law is: no one must mix indoors in groups larger than 6, unless you all live together, or are in the same support bubble. This includes in: pubs and restaurants It takes years to build goodwill but only an instant to lose it
The Man At Arms – LutterworthExcellent food and service. Very quìet sadly probably due to covid
The Man At Arms – LutterworthOur experience is very good. Ample choice of food, very nice, and excellent value.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthEnjoyed a lovely meal here this weekend. Straightforward download and use of the app for ordering food and drink, fast service and delicious food. Going back next week! (unless Boris says otherwise!)
The Man At Arms – LutterworthMy partner and I had a lovely meal and evening here, despite the current distancing guidelines. Authentic food, setting and staff. Will be visiting again.
Cheikhos Restaurant – LutterworthI regularly attend this pub and usually live it. Unfortunately I attended this Thursday at 3.30pm and upon arrival we were told to download the App to order on. I did not have my phone so could not do this. The person that was serving continued to say if we don’t download it he would have to run round and work! Food came quickly but again disappointing we had jalepeno bites theses were burned, we then both had fillet steak which has increased in price and it had been cooked in the same utensils that had Stilton cheese in therefore there was a funny taste. We were unable to send back as staff made it clear we only had 1 1/2 hours even though the pub was empty. One of my favourite pubs really disappointed
The Man At Arms – LutterworthOne of my favourite pubs. Great price and food is consistently delicious. Cozy atmosphere. Definitely Recommend.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthI had booked a table online to reserve a table for 4, we turned up having being told we had to use the app to order food and drinks, my phone battery was nearly dead so we had to order via a member of staff. The lady at front of house was very miserable and felt like we were putting her out by being there!! The food was very over cooked and dry and not even a salad garnish in sight. Very disappointed wont be going back, I know the covid pandemic has been hard on a lot of businesses but would have thought they would have welcomed customers !!
The Man At Arms – LutterworthWe went to the Man at Arms on Thursday with our family so 5 of us in total. The steaks were good value but lacked any sort of seasoning. The presentation was below par, the tomato was not cooked at all. Employees were lovely and friendly but I wasn't impressed at all. We wont be returning such a shame.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthWe arrived only to be questioned straight away have you got the app!! Luckily I had my phone so managed to download it, we were sent to our table. It felt like we were a inconvenience more than a customer. The app asked for table no. (No table no. to be seen) so took us 10 min to try and find our ‘non existent waiter’ The whole experience felt like we were in a takeaway
The Man At Arms – LutterworthWhen we arrived we were greeted with the new instructions of covid 19, we were also told how to order food and drink , ordering was easy and service was very good , we did not have to wait long for our drinks which was great, food arrived between 20-25 minutes and was cooked very good , staff was very polite and we will be back , many thanks
The Man At Arms – LutterworthExcellent food, really warm welcome. Love eating here.x
The Man At Arms – LutterworthWe both had Fish and chips with green beans and although the fish was beautiful with a lovely crisp batter and the chips were nice and brown with crispy outers we did find the green beans were a bit cool.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthAbsolutely lovely food everytime we visit. Staff very friendly.
