Wonderful service and food , can’t wait to go back for candlelit Christmas tour then afternoon tea

Been wanting to have Afternoon Tea at this venue for a while. A great treat from start to finish. We chose a Sunday sitting for the Gold Afternoon Tea as a family birthday surprise. The menu on Sunday is slightly different than mid week, so something to look forward to. The staff were very attentive & friendly. Great service throughout. Thank you to Elizabeth, Liz & Bridget for making our treat so special. We also arranged for a tour of the house after our tea - there is a discount on entry if you have tea & tour. A great memory and will try the mid week afternoon tea on next visit!

Went here for my wife's birthday and was not dissapointed, great venue, the two ladies who served us for our afternoon tea were fabulous, very friendly and explained all of our sandwiches and desserts. You can order your tea choice and have as many refills as necessary, highly recommended and great day out, remember to also do the hall tour if you have enough time.

What an absolutely wonderful afternoon tea, superb service, nothing too much trouble for the lovely lady's serving us. The food is so delicious , from the finger sandwiches to the scrumptious sweets(trifles, lemon tarts, carrot cake, followed by mouth watering hot scones with jam and clotted cream,also lots of tea or coffee. What a fantastic birthday gift from my lovely friends.

Absolutely recommend this experience. Attentive staff, scones warm when ready to eat. Refills of tea or coffee. Made diabetic tea for husband. All food homemade and very fresh.

We enjoyed our afternoon tea at Lytham Hall on Wednesday 26th July 2023. We were celebrating our Golden Wedding anniversary with our two granddaughters. The staff food and the venue was just perfect. I organised a trip around the house followed by afternoon tea on Sunday 23rd July. Apart from appalling weather the afternoon was a resounding success. All 20 ladies thoroughly enjoyed Thomas and Sue B'S description of the house and its history and were very grateful to have such a wonderful afternoon tea. Dietary requirements were catered for and we all had an endless supply of beverages. The food was delicious and was described by one lady as the best afternoon tea she had ever had! I can second that. The waitresses were so accommodating, welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Don't change what you are doing as it's excellent! Thank you very much, we hope to see you again soon.

Amazing food and lovely atmosphere

Delicious food served in elegant surroundings by attentive staff.

This was my first visit to Lytham Hall and I was very impressed with the afternoon tea. We had the Platinum tea and thought it was great value for money. Everything was delicious and well presented. Loved the fact that the scones were warm and they said just to ask for them when we were ready. Attention to detail was very good and the staff were lovely. The only negative is that in addition to paying out for the tea, we also had to pay to park in the hall grounds. Personally I think that if you have made a booking for afternoon tea free parking should be available

A very pleasant experience and lovely meal. Only problem was that there seems to be 2 postcodes and we chose the wrong one! so we arrived late. It would have helped if the entrance to the hall also said it was the entrance to Lillibets.

I and two friends went for afternoon tea on Tuesday the 18th of July . Simon who served us was very friendly and attentive. The food was lovely in beautiful surroundings. Although the weather was terrible it was a wonderful way to spend and afternoon as the house tour was only £5 extra. I would highly recommend it !

My wife and I attended for the 12.45 pm session on Thursday 13th July and had the Silver afternoon tea. This was brought out promptly and we were told what the sandwiches and other items were. We thought the Silver choice provided a good selection of savoury and sweet items, and warm scones were brought out after about fifteen minutes. A fresh pot of tea was provided upon request. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of the items and had an enjoyable meal in a very pleasant room. We would not hesitate to recommend it.
