5 star!
The Courtyard – Lytham
Away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, Lytham holds essential ingredients. The Windmill, Lytham Green, Lytham Hall and the River Ribble estuary overlooking the Welsh mountains are all worthy of a postcard. A host of up-market restaurants will tickle your tastebuds.
5 star!
The Courtyard – LythamMy wife and I really enjoyed our afternoon tea, the staff were very attentive ensuring we always had drinks and everything was OK with us. The food was excellent and our request for pescatarian food was met. Great value and I would very much recommend.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamWe live locally and know the facilities at Lytham Hall quite well, though this was our first visit to Lilibet's. The welcome was warm without being gushing which is a plus for us. The room was, like the rest of the house, decorated in a manner meant to evoke a bygone age: a good helping of nostalgia with some interesting decorations which were enough to be talking points without veing intrusive. The service was attentive. The sandwiches were tasty, the scones very enjoyable, as were the cakes, and the tea plentiful. All in all a good experience that I would be happy to repeat and to recommend.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamExcellent service, staff fantastic! Food great We will be back Extremely welcoming atmosphere
Farina 2.0 – LythamWe three Besties decided to repeat last years end of Christmas with Afternoon tea, again, as Last years experience was excellent. This year was a bit disappointing in that the room was cold and lacking in atmosphere as there was no fire. We also experienced finding a ladybird in a tea cup. Not sure where it came from but it wasn’t a great find and did put us off a bit. The food was good but by preference we would prefer more sandwiches or more substantial sandwiches over all the sweet stuff. The scones were lovely. It looked like becoming an annual happening but possibly not now as we were cold.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamAbsolutely lovely restaurant, the service was really good and the food was lovely. I had pizza and it was probably the nicest I've ever had.
Farina 2.0 – LythamThankyou to all for excellent tea at Lytham Hall, particularly serving team and chef who talked tome about food intolerance. A great time, as always. See you in February 25.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamThoroughly enjoyed the experience. Food was delicious, no wait time, hosts were informative and friendly and great ambience in a lovely setting. Thanks to all. Would highly recommend.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamWe had a wonderful time looking around the beautifully decorated rooms of the Hall, rounded off with a delicious Afternoon Tea. This was a Christmas gift to my Husband and he really enjoyed it. He does have a few requirements when it comes to his diet and he was well-catered for. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and explained . We were served with as much coffee as we requested. We look forward to visiting again.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamGreat ambience @ Northern Monkey, walked in and staff super friendly & helpful guided us to our pre-booked table, our freed drinks & food with ease and the menu choice was great. Food really tasty with nice size portions, what’s not to like, definitely worth a visit.
Northern Monkey Lytham – LythamSuch a wonderful restaurant! The atmosphere is so authentic, it’s a hidden gem inside. The is very welcoming, the food is fabulous, the vibe is like little Italy as soon as you enter it’s so nice. It’s family friendly and a very warming relaxing atmosphere. We have now been twice and will certainly return.
Farina 2.0 – LythamMy husband and I had afternoon tea yesterday, Sunday, it was excellent from start to finish. The staff were lovely, so pleasant, helpful and professional, it was a really lovely afternoon in a lovely setting. I have an intolerance to dairy milk and cream, our afternoon tea was sectioned off and both of them were delicious. It was all catered for so well, we were delighted. Being Christmas time it was so atmosphereric, it was very special. I think the same next year is a must Thank you very much to everyone. It was an absolute pleasure. Kind regards Christine
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamHad a delicious breakfast. The coffee was delicious too! Nice relaxed atmosphere.
The Courtyard – LythamOur first time in Farina after being in other similar places on Lytham but I have to say, this is our favourite now. The service was very friendly, the food was excellent (we both had a starter and pizza) so nothing extravagant but the ambiance was really nice and we’ll definitely go back on our next trip over.
Farina 2.0 – LythamWould have been a 5 for atmosphere but room felt cold everything else was wonderful would recommend to friends and family maybe a heater in room would help when it's cold
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamWhat a delicious Christmas afternoon tea we had at Lillibet's. Everything about it was superb. Special mention to the "mince pie" and opera cake. Lovely atmosphere and friendly and helpful service. Excellent value.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamWe had a wonderful afternoon and the hall was decorated beautifully, the model village was a credit to all. Hope to be back again next year.
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamBeautifully presented food served on fine China, in the old library of the hall. Attentive, friendly staff as always. Personally, I’d like a smaller, more traditional tea option as well, with just the delicious scones, sandwiches and a slice of Madeira or ginger cake maybe. That said, I’m probably in the minority, as most plates seemed to be cleared and they happily boxed what I didn’t manage to eat. Don’t miss a visit through the hall anfterwards, amazing any time of the year.
