Food was ok but really disappointing visit. We were looking forward to spending a leisurely evening over an early evening. However, the food arrived almost as soon as we’d ordered and we were in and out in less than 40 minutes!! Not really what we were expecting

We had a beautiful meal at The Salt Bar The occasion was a Birthday for a 15 year olds girl. We did show her the menu before I booked and she thought it looked nice. We all had the fabulous Sharing mixed starter then the best burger topped with sliced meatballs. Great pudding s and cocktails. All so so fresh. The service was very good the young man was very professional. I would have liked them to recognise the fact that it was Chloë‘s birthday, I had put it on the booking. Not anything free just a happy Birthday. We will be back 10 out of 10 for everything.

We had an absolutely fabulous celebration evening. We loved the new items on the menu since our last visit and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food as always was fabulous. Thank you Haseena & team. Xx

Really lovely food and brilliant service. I was unexpectedly unwell on my visit and they couldn't have been more helpful, it was very much appreciated!

Ate here for lunch with my sister. Had the sharing Mezze platter and it was to die for. Shall definitely return. Service awesome, staff super friendly.

Really good Scandinavian-style restaurant. Only small, so be sure to book. Lovely chef, Jo, and waitress, Lucy, who’s off to university shortly. They’re advertising for a replacement server so let’s hope it keeps going.

Excellent food. Very tasty and generous portions. Bottomless brunch was very good value for money.

A beautiful place with great ambience, helped greatly by wonderful singing. Generally attentive service but had to ask four times for the chorizo we had ordered and when it did come it was cold in the middle. A shame because otherwise good.

We were a group of 5. I booked online no problems. The food was excellent, felt like you were having something a bit special. The service was good even though it was a busy Friday night.

e ate lunch on a quiet Fri. I had pre booked & received excellent comms prior to visiting. We were greeted warmly by a friendly lady & this genuinely friendly & warm welcome continued. The menu is unique for Macclesfield & ‘right up our street’. There are meat, fish, veggie & vegan options so literally something for everyone. We shared a sharing board of 3 dishes & a crisp bread, fantastic value & super fresh ingredients. We then had a brunch dish & a prawn skagen, both were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the food which was excellent value & I’m doubtful I could ever be bored with the menu or this superb small cafe/restaurant. Well worth a visit if you haven’t tried this place yet, we will definitely return
