The more you visit Wings.....the more you will want to go again!! This is my absolute favourite restaurant......not only in Manchester, but ANYWHERE. Each time is like the first time, I never tire of Wings....even if I visit once a week. The food is second to none and the staff...........they make you feel SO special. I take friends, neighbours and colleagues on a fairly regular basis and the verdict is ALWAYS..........FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!! I love it.....keep it up!!!!!!!!!!! Mrs Gray

well presented tasty food this restaurant will do well

Not just for large groups. I visited with a friend on a Thursday and had a great time. We were thoughtfully seated with couples and a small party of three. Service was top class very friendly and but unobtrusive. Great wine list too. Seafood combination and land and sea were great, more expensive but very large portions. Sushi very fresh.

Myself and my partner have visited the English Lounge several times, and have not been disappointed each time! Always friendly staff, excellent food and value for money. Whenever we have family to stay we always go to the English Lounge! Stacey and Dan

Absolutely gorgeous. Manchester has been waiting for a restaurant like this. The best Asian cuisine in Manchester and a stunning interior and bar too. Very good all round, and thoroughly impressed.

We visit at least once a month, the manager always come over for a chat - very friendly and the foods excellent value.

Absolutely outstanding place. Atmosphere in the bar is great, food was amazing and staff so genuinely friendly. Am hungry even thinking about the menu!! Will definitely be returning.

This place is a real find. The kitchen team obviously take great care in preparing the dishes as they arrive at the table looking too good to eat. I really can't praise this place enough, the food is fantastic, different and reasonably priced. The restaurant itself is well designed and free of kids and has some of the best staff in Manchester. I will definitely be a regular visitor and will be holding my birthday party in the private dining room.

Ate there Sunday 6pm after several recommendations. Thought it was brilliant! Great service, atmosphere, had roast beef yorkshire pud etc, lovely fresh veg - very reasonably priced. So impressed I went with a friend for lunch a few days later - again the same friendly welcome - lovely food and very reasonable prices. So much to choose from on the menu, really helpful staff. Great place to eat in town!

Absolutely tremendous. I went, following the rave reviews, and wasn't disappointed. Portion sizes and presentation is superb, good atmosphere in the restaurant as well. Great veggie selection too. Only annoyance is you can't book for less than 10 people - by 6:30 on Saturday the place was nearly full, so you face a very long wait if you turn up after this time, which would put me off if I didn't want to eat early.

I have been twice now - once for my birthday with 10 people. The food is amazing, if hot (if you're not a spicy fan ask for it mild!!), portions perfect, excellent choice esp. for veggies. The service is superb, and they really surpassed themselves on my birthday - cake, candles, photos... in short, a great place for both a celebration and a dinner for two.

I've been here a few times with friends, and everyone has always been impressed by the food - and these are people who generally don't eat Chinese as they are tired of the usual fare on offer! When I last went there were two menus - I like to think of them as the 'Western' and 'Real' Chinese menus! There are some interesting veggie dishes and some definitely unusual meat dishes. Portions are very generous, the food isn't gloopy and it's very cheap for what you get. Definitely recommended if you like Chinese or if you have got sick of the usual offerings!

This is one of my favourite places to eat. The choice of starters is brilliant, and meat eaters will be in heaven! The chargrilled fish is fabulous , and the veggie moussaka is an old favourite (a couple more veggie items wouldn't come amiss!). For those who aren't sure - try the pre-theatre menu for £10.50 - brilliant value for money. Nice wine selection too.

Simply the best

I see my mates have beaten me to it Pat,Carolyn and myself eat at the Buffet City on a regular basis, we decided to write a recommendation after using this site for information on eating out. To us Buffet City is the bee's knee's for good food friendly service and great value for your money. You will not be disappointed.

Peking Court is somewhere I have not been for years. I used to go religiously every week until the office moved to Salford Quays. Have started going for their buffet at night and I must say it has reignited my love for the place. The Aromatic Crispy Duck is certainly amongst the best I have tried, really tasty and the best thing is you can have as much as you like. Also loving the toffee banana and ice cream, can't beat it. The place looks cleaner and brighter than it used to. All for the better I say. Will be going back every week as really do not like Oriental Buffet or some of the other ones my friends frequent.
