Buffet City – Manchester City CentreWent here for lunch and have to agree with the other reviews that the quality of the food is outstanding. Having just returned from a holiday in Thailand I was prepared for the food being not quite as good but this was not the case at all. The prices are just good at just £4.50 for a big plate of food, free prawn crackers and £1.20 for a soft drink. Highly recommended!
Chaophraya – Manchester City CentreWe went to Chaophraya on New Year's eve and had a gorgeous meal with some friends. The food was fresh and authentic but still modern. The restaurant and bar are both decorated beautifully in Thai style and have a great ambience. We will definitely be going back.
Chaophraya – Manchester City CentreDon't go to Wagamamas, go here! The food is much fresher and tastier and the menu reflects all of SE Asia. Tampopos has a nice relaxed feel and unlike at Wagamamas you can order in courses so you can make more of an evening of it.
Tampopo – Manchester City CentreOne word "Outstanding." Dessert to die for.
Little Yang Sing – Manchester City CentreGreat steaks, however very expensive when you start adding side orders. Our waiter was very good and looked after us. This is a really great looking restaurant with great service and even through the food is a little pricey it is very good. The only bad thing I could say about this place is, if your going to have an open kitchen the manager should set an example and not pinch food off the customers plates waiting in the kitchen.
The Grill On the Alley – Manchester City Centrewow, this place is amazing , great food esp the fillet steak which is always cooked to perfection. the staff, service are first rate on my last vist they even gave us 2 coffee's free just because we have been a few time which i thinks really nice of them. wow wow
Villaggio – Manchester City CentreWe had a lovely dinner at Koreana last Friday night. The restaurant was just about full so the ambiance was good but it was not overcrowded. Our waitress was Korean and helped us choose the best things from the menu. The food was superb and the portions huge. The decor is dated but I think that only adds to the charm. I definitely recommend Koreana.
Koreana – Manchester City CentreHad A Fantastic Night!!! The Best Indian Food I Have Ever Tasted! There Is A Huge Variety Of Beautiful Dishes To Suit All Needs. The Portions Are Perfect & The Naan Bread Is Amazing! Its A Really Great Night Out
Akbars – Manchester City CentreI always eat at this restaurant when I visit Manchester. The food and service has always been very good.
Little Yang Sing – Manchester City CentreFood was nice, although the same sauce seem to be used for 3 of the dishes we ordered (Calamari as the dipping sauce, the sauce on the Patatas Bravas, and the meatballs). Managed to get us a table early on a Saturday night without booking. The restaurant started to get busy at about 8:30pm, and the smell of cooking food became very strong. When we arrived home, all our clothes smelt of fried greasy fish - this was the only bad point!
Evuna Deansgate – Manchester City CentreWe had a fantastic meal and the staff were great too!
Little Yang Sing – Manchester City CentreI love this place and the concept. the venue is funky, fresh and clean just like the food!
Wagamama – The PrintworksThe food was terrific!! Absolutely the best restaurant in town!! Wonderful food and service... one word... fabulous!!
Kwokman – Manchester City CentreDefinitely my new favourite restaurant - a real find. The place is beautiful, the staff are genuinely friendly, and the food is top notch. We arrived and had a drink downstairs which was relaxing, then moved upstairs for food. The place must have cost a fortune because everywhere is stunning. The staff really looked after us and made us feel welcome but not overbearing. The food choice was typically good for Thai but the standard was unlike anything Ive tasted - real top quality stuff. The lamb I had was so tender, and my wife's soup was very fresh seafood. The bill was reasonable and there was no service charge. A welcome addition to Manchester and we will certainly be returning. Well done.
Chaophraya – Manchester City CentreBrilliant. Eat here very frequently. Used to do Happy Seasons but now I don't go there as much, Fu's is the one for me and the wife. Quite cheap and very filling, nice menu and all Chinese eat there...is there a better recommendation then that??
Fus Chinese Restaurant Cafe – Manchester City CentreFantastic value for money, excellent atmosphere. A well-established Manchester favourite
