Little Yang Sing – Manchester City CentreSuperb place, great grub, wide choice on the menu. Can be very busy at times but its worth it. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
Katsouris – Manchester City CentreThe best Thai restaurant in Manchester. A beautiful restaurant with excellent service. A little hidden away but I think that adds to its charm. The food was delicious and the bar is nice to drink in afterwards. A real hidden gem
Chaophraya – Manchester City CentreHave walked past this place many times just sure there couldn't possibly be a decent restaurant within the confines of the Village. More fool me!. We went there last week and it was excellent. The service was quite exceptional, the food was swift and tasty, some quite wonderful starters especially. The only quibble I would have was the house white wine which was drab, but otherwise a fantastic experience, we shall return soon!
Villaggio – Manchester City CentreBooked for a christmas party from work. First Class on all levels. I'm in the process of booking it again for my wedding dinner.
Fahrenheit Bar & Grill – Manchester City CentreThe Naan Breads are huge, we were advised by the waiter to only have 1 between the 3 of us and we still did not finish it ! A good curry within walking distance of the city centre and similar prices to Rusholme.
Akbars – Manchester City CentreFor a pre concert or cinema visit in the Printworks or a lunch in town, you wouldn? go far wrong with the English Lounge. Now it? not the French at the Midland or Establishment and it? not the arty farty type grub its good olde pub grub at a very reasonable price and large portions too. Add very friendly staff and quick service and it? just the ticket if this tickles your fancy. Accepting that its just a pub, you will not be disappointed.
English Lounge – Northern QuarterThis is the best Italian restaurant in Manchester - the service and food are superb although it is not cheap its well worth the few pounds extra. I have recommended this restaurant to many people and none have been disappointed.
San Carlo – Manchester City CentreGreat restaurant, they offer the traditional Chinese menus that we're all used to seeing. They also offer some Chinese dishes that you perhaps have never seen, I would recommend you try them, I tried an oyster & clam soup/broth dish, it was very tasty. The style of the restaurant is also very nice the lunch menu is very nice and at a good price, it's slightly more expensive than the norm, but the quality is very high.
Pacific – Manchester City CentreExcellent Chinese, with no complaints. But is it me but i find them all much as a muchness. Although I agree with other comments that red chilli does serve some slightly different dishes. All in all nice little places with great friendly service, and you won? be disappointed.
Red Chilli – Manchester City CentreAddictive food not laden with MSG, Chocolate or Fat. This stuff even tastes great and a real departure from the overly priced, underly flavoured food in most fast food restaurants. This food tastes great - A WINNER!
Barburrito – Manchester City CentreIt was great to have some food in Try Thai. The hot and sour soup was really great and the quality of other foods and drink was mind blowing. I strongly recommend all of you to try Try Thai and I can assure you that you will go there for the second time.
Try Thai – Manchester City Centrewhat a delight to eat here. everything from the service to the food was spot on. i would defo go there again.
Villaggio – Manchester City CentreI have been to this restaurant for various occasions i.e. Christmas Party, Birthday Party, Girly Night, quiet meal for two and each time the food, service etc was brilliant and I couldn't find fault with anything. This Restaurant gets very busy and yet nothing ever suffers and you never feel rushed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone for any kind of occasion - I love it and if you like something a little different so will you!
Armenian Taverna and Restaurant – Manchester City CentreWell worth every penny....quality all round
Panama Hattys – Manchester City CentreBloody brilliant. My new local.
Katsouris – Manchester City CentreChaophraya is firstly a fantastic looking building with typically Thai decor that brought memories of a visit to Thailand flooding back. The staff made my girlfriend and I very welcome and were super efficient from the start. We decided to share a mixed starter, although we could of chose 10 times over due to the array of dishes. For main course I had Sea bass and my girlfriend had a Thai green curry, both dishes were delicious. I would definitely recommend a visit to Chaophraya and I would probably have a set meal next time just so I could taste the varied meals. Overall an Outstanding dining experience consisting of great food, very good location and a high level of service which will not be beaten.
Chaophraya – Manchester City CentreVery good food but every time I've been there I always come away feeling like I've paid too much, no matter how good the food was, it's still just food.
