Superb friendly service at Giorgios, our first time last Thurday evening...even though the restaurant was full, the staff were amazing. I can see why this place is so popular. Wonderful food and a great atmosphere. Thank you Georgios

My favourite restaurant in Manchester- go here at least twice a week when in the city and have eaten most things on the menu. On this occasion went with 5 colleagues for their first time and they all loved it too. Generous portions of fantastic, authentic food which is just that bit different from what you might expect. A great recommendation is that so many customers are from the Slavic countries. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the staff make you feel most welcome. Great selection of Eastern European beers and Armenian and Georgian wines. Highly recommended!!

A lovely meal, great atmosphere and staff very friendly. This was our second visit and I am certain there will be a third.

Booked for 4 after my graduation in Bridgewater Hall, staff were lovely, restaurant set out nicely and food delicious. Perfect if graduating at Bridgwater Hall or if staying at the Midlands hotel. Only issue is no draft beer and bottles expensive for small bottles. Otherwise perfect

Had an evening meal after my son's graduation at Bridgewater Hall. Booked for 4.30pm , got there 4.15pm and was seated straight away. It's a lovely place, not much of an atmosphere, althoughthe staff were pleasant and friendly. The prices of food and drink was expensive for what we got, although it was delicious.

My husband & I had travelled to Manchester to see South Pacific at the Opera House, staying overnight at the Premier Inn next door. We were seated & served promptly by very friendly, helpful staff. We had the set 2-course Pre-Theatre menu & the food was delicious, probably one of the best meals we've had for a while. As it was early evening there weren't many people in the restaurant, which seems a shame as it was a really nice place. We'll certainly make a point of eating there again next time we visit Manchester.

A busy, compact Italian restaurant with friendly, fun staff, very tasty food and good atmosphere. Drinks a little pricey, but otherwise fabulous overall.

We went as a party of 4 for a birthday celebration. Nice welcome, cocktails on offer, we choose pomegranate mojitos which were glorious as a warm up to the bottle of good Chenin blanc. We decided to have the Veg meze as our starter which we would recommend. Mac cheese is a must. Out of the four of us only 1 person was brave enough to try the pap with their main. Strange is all I can say. The chicken skewer dish was tasty, lamb curry on the edge of spicy but worth a try. Unfortunately the chick pea potato curry didn’t hit the standard of the other mains as potatoes were cold. Returned dish staff dealt with well when returned too late and asked to remove from bill. Recommend place for a try of something different with good cocktails

I have been here a couple of times now and I love it. The staff are attentive without being overbearing. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is good. Everything you need for either an intimate meal or large group.

Excellent meal for three of us just before a daughter's graduation ceremony at Bridgewater Hall. Great food, friendly service. Provided everything we were hoping for. It was lunch time so not very busy but would certainly return if ever back in the area.

Dropped in for lunch. Promptly seated and drinks provided. Ordered Polla alla creme but asked for a couple of changes to what was on offer. This was done easily. Food was piping hot and very tasty indeed. Service throughout was pleasant and I would certainly return for another excellent meal.

Excellent food served promptly. The maitre de is cheerful friendly and makes it a pleasure to dine at his restaurant with he son serving us.

the atmosphere was great, we had chicken pate to start but the bread nearly took my teeth out it was so hard. I had Seafood pasta which was just okay but the squid was chewy and the mussels over cooked..wine was expensive but very nice..would we go back? probably not as there are so many italian restaurants to choose from with much better value for money
