Good food and friendly staff. More expensive than pre-pandemic due no doubt to increased costs all round. Generally very good.

Gio Ristorante – Manchester City Centrelovely food and nice service in this quirky restaurant!
Chakalaka – Manchester City CentreHad a meal there on Saturday but found it to be overpriced for what we had. The calzone was burnt on one side and everything just lacked flavour. We wondered why this restaurant had tables when other restaurants were full up and we now know why. Won't be returning.
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreWonderful service, brilliant cocktails and the service was exceptional. Will definitely be back at some point soon.
Chakalaka – Manchester City CentreAmazing food and amazing service! Even got my main for free as a random act of kindness. Shout out to one of the waitresses (cant remember her name sorry!) but she had such a great way with people.
Chakalaka – Manchester City CentreLovely atmosphere Outstanding service Delicious food Very accommodating, as we were 40 minutes late but they still made room for us. Food was amazing, already planning to come back. Superb!!
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreMyself & 2 friends visited on Wednesday evening before going to the Palace Theatre to watch Blood Brothers. We had a very warm welcome, drinks were delivered quickly & our food order taken shortly afterwards. The prawn cocktail was excellent, very fresh large prawns. Portion sizes were bigger than we expected for a set menu, food tasted gorgeous. Staff were attentive & service was friendly. I finished off with a homemade cheesecake, it’s a must every time I eat there. Thank you for a wonderful experience
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreThe food was gd got alot off prawns but not enough sauce main had chicken in mushroom sauce this was a nice size portion seeing it was on The 2 course for £21.50 deal .even though the food was good I will not be going back the service was so poor took ages to get the food if you are in rush don't go here you will need 2 hours
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreBooked at table to eat before going to the theatre. We booked for 5.30 ordered straight away. The service was so slow took 20 mins for the starters to arrive. We ate them the food was ok but nothing special. It then took well over 35 min for the mains to arrive after having to ask where they were as it was getting on to quarter to 7 and the show was at 7.30. When it arrived the order was wrong but we decided to eat what they brought with having time restrictions. We'll the food lest just say it was not the best I have eaten the chicken was overcooked and dry the steak was ordered as medium but was really well done. No time for any sweets. Will probably not go again but my partner said everyone deserves a second chance. So will have to see when the indigestion goes.
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreNice restaurant. Food was lovely but a bit overpriced. Half way through meal, music was turned up so was glad that we had nearly finished as we couldn't hear one another speak. Overcharging issue with the bill which was sorted out later on but again customers should be given a food bill so the customers can check and not just be given a final cost. But it was busy with a few people wanting to pay at once. But again the bills should come to the table. Maybe this was a one off. Think management need to know that it's not nice as a diner to keep hearing staff being told what to do across the restaurant. If we wanted to eat in a manic diner we'd have gone to Pizza Hut.
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreIt was our first time at Gio’s. We loved the food and the atmosphere. The owner or host was very friendly and welcoming- he moved us to a better table without us even asking. The food was high quality- the drink ok. Would go again!
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreFirst time here. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Would recommend it with no doubt. Definitely will come back.
Armenian Taverna and Restaurant – Manchester City CentreVisited twice on our visit to Manchester and both evenings were excellent. Service was helpful and friendly, the food was very tasty and plenty of it. Will return when we visit Manchester again. Pat
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreGreat food fresh and tasty, the staff however were bloody brilliant friendly and welcoming and authentic to the Italian theme. Me and the misses had one waiter insisting we try limoncello and we had a great laugh. Would recommend to anybody in the Manchester area. To top it all off 2 starters 2 mains a garlic bread bigger than Buckingham palace and drinks all came to under 50 pound which is bargain in comparison to other areas.
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreHad a wonderful evening - food, service and atmosphere amazing. Would definitely recommend, I'll be going again next Friday, taking the rest of the family.
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreGreat pizza before a gig at the Apollo. Great staff
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreOwner/manager very rude and offensive. Never got time to review bill which I think was well above menu cost. Have been here before and food is good but this man and his overcharging have put me off
