I booked a table online for Monday 25th October. A few days later I received a text - we do not open on Mondays would I like to book another day ? The booking was made for a specific day as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary therefore I replied to the text to say another day was not acceptable On Sunday 24th October I received an email to remind me of my booking . I text Georgio to say I had received an email and a lovely gentleman rang me to apologise Today , 26th October I have received an email to rate my experience at Georgio. My table was cancelled so how can a rate something I have not had ? You seriously need to sort out your admin and website for bookings
