A really good experience from being received at reception to leaving the premises. Very pleasant staff, fabulous food, great service, will definitely be returning, probably next week. Things to consider by staff. When offering the menu, discuss all the options rather than letting customer try to find out the various options. Check the pepper pot as ours was damaged. When serving pudding, make sure there is a fork as well as a spoon. The above are very small tweaks and did not detract from a fabulous experience. Definitely telling all friends.
Papa Luigis – WiganI really like this restaurant. It's not pretending to be anything other than a good restaurant. The staff are really nice, and nothing appears to be too much trouble. We all really enjoyed our meals, and the steak I had was positively the best steak I had ever had, anywhere. A through enjoyable meal in a restaurant where the atmosphere was just right.
Papa Luigis – WiganBeautiful food, great service as always
L’Aquila Prestwich – PrestwichExcellent food and very friendly team
Gnammy Italy – StockportEverything was spot on!
Neel Paneer – SaleAnother superb meal at The Rising Moon, Hyde. Glad I booked a table as it was very busy. Lovely young girl who served us who was very good with my friend who is Gluten Free she was telling her how all GF foods are cooked separately and no need to worry, as she too had allergies to foods.
The Rising Moon – HydeAnother fantastic visit. The food is delicious. The staff are so attentive and really look after you. Best restaurant in Wigan for my money.
La Sentidos Loca – WiganFood as usual was superb. Only downside on our visit 09.08.23 was the service, the 3 young girls were very lax, took nearly an hr for our desserts, asked for the bill and it never arrived but the waitress did to take the payment. When we finally got the bill no one came for the payment so left the cash on the bar with the girl working the bar who clearly wasn’t interested. Yes it was busy but clearly no management to oversee things, a shame really and if it was our 1st time it could very well be our last. However we know how good this place can be just needs more staff or a manager on site.
The Rising Moon – HydeGreat little pub , absolutely fabulous food, a little slower service on this occasion, but the staff apologied a lack of staff this evening, but it didn't take the emphasis off the food, will defo be back again
The Rising Moon – HydeBeen a number of times now and the food is always amazing.
La Sentidos Loca – WiganThe food and service was lovely. Perhaps plates for main course could have hot. Hot food on cold plates not idea. I'd still go again
The Rising Moon – HydeI was quite disappointed with this meal. The food was ok but the service wasn’t great. The beer was very expensive and was not cold. I won’t be returning as there are so many options in this area.
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreBrilliant food and fantastic service, will definitely return xx
The Naz – MontonWent here on Monday, 7 August with my hubby, my sister and her husband. It was my sister’s birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was great and reasonably priced. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Took some of my meal home as I couldn’t eat it all and it was so yummy I didn’t want to waste it. We’ll be back soon.
The Rising Moon – HydeMe and my partner love going here. Its amazing. Staff are very welcome. Just everything about going here is fantastic
La Sentidos Loca – WiganHad the bottomless brunch. Food was lovely, service was fantastic needs to add another couple of drink options to menu & would be perfect.
