Anatolian Grill – PrestwichGreat meal, atmosphere was good
Crowded House – BuryI love Anatolian the food is amazing and the staff hardworking and so friendly. It feels like going home when you go to Anatolian it’s the best restaurant in Prestwich.
Anatolian Grill – PrestwichWent on Xmas Eve, table wasn’t ready so was asked to wait at the bar, not a problem until we had to sit surrounded by dirty glasses and after 10 minutes of being completely ignored, had to shout to get the attention of bar staff. Eventually seated and ordered, waitress even double checking our order, the two starters arrived only mine was the wrong one completely , by the time the correct starter came out my son had finished his and therefore sent mine back. Main meal was not to usual standard and didn’t finish it due to the noise, restaurant was clearly overbooked and tables literally on top of each other in the section we were seated. Absolute disaster and after many wonderful meals here, that was our last one
L’Aquila Prestwich – PrestwichFood good but service was very poor
The Rising Moon – HydeWe visited on Christmas Eve, the restaurant was very busy with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and polite. The food was hot and delicious, there was a singer/guitarist on which was an added bonus. Crowded House never disappoint us, would highly recommend.
Crowded House – BuryBrilliant meal and the best service. Pre-theatre menu varied enough for every taste. Need to book table in advance. Food cooked to order as I requested changes. Would definitely recommend
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreGreat service and imaginative, tasty food.
The Art of Tea – DidsburyAlways fantastic service. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food served piping hot. The ribs are amazing and tasty as are the salt & pepper chicken wings.
Panama Hattys Grill – PrestwichHad the festive afternoon tea which was great. Will be back.
That Secret Ingredient – WiganA party of 4 of us went on 20th Dec and had pre booked the festive menu. The starters were really good. The main meal consisted of 3 turkey dinners and a sirloin steak. The turkey was plentiful with mash, roast potatoes, sprouts, parsnips and pigs in blankets. Unfortunately the parsnips were burnt and the 3 of us having the dinner all thought the gravy was overwhelmingly strong. Definitely wasn’t turkey gravy. The steak whilst cooked exactly as requested was lacklustre, placed on a plate of chips with a pot of sauce. No garnish to finish it off. The staff were lovely and attentive.
The Rising Moon – HydeAlways a lovely meal, my girlfriends favourite place to eat
Anatolian Grill – PrestwichExcellent food and service as always .
The Rising Moon – HydeBrilliant food, always enjoy when we come here
The Rising Moon – HydeVery nice food served quickly at a good price and good portions and all the staff were lovely :)
La Sentidos Loca – WiganBooked table for 5.30 pre-theatre meal prior to seeing Hamilton at 7.30. Place was very busy abd only 3 staff serving.. Starters arrived before drinks and we struggled to get waiters attention to bring us some cutlery. Mains took a while to arrive. Food was very nice . Ordered coffee as we didn't have time for dessert. Left at 7 15 and place was empty. They need more staff if they are going to offer pre-theatre menu.
