The Rising Moon – HydeExcellent tasty food as ever. The aubergine salad starter is delicious and the king prawns were beautifully cooked. Waiters were very helpful as I asked for more salad instead of potatoes. Atmosphere is friendly. Worth a trip if you've never been - but you will have to book as it is very popular.
