Food order was taken and we started with Garlic Bread, followed by Caprice Salad the Spaghetti Arrabiata . The Garlic bread came quickly but then we waited over 15 minutes but the salad never came, after a further 10 minutes the Spaghetti Arrabiata came. We questioned where the salad was but ?? We cancelled it as the Spaghetti was going cold but Oh Dear there was no taste of Arrabiata to it. As we were going to the theatre time was not on our side so had to leave. It is sad that GIOs let us down on this evening as we have been many times before and always had a good experience. We will be going again as we hope it was an odd evening for the chefs.

To receive such amazing service for just 'little old me' on a carb loading evening meal ahead of the marathon, was brilliant. He gave the same amount of attention to every single customer. And to top it all off, the food was excellent!!. I had spinach ravioli followed by tiramisu. I couldn't recommend the place highly enough!

The food is delicious, there is something for everyone, the staff and service is second to none, they have become like friends, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. It’s our first and only choice to eat out on special occasions too. On this visit we opted against the amazing ribs (for a change) I had the Sunday roast which was delicious, only made better by the fact I didn’t have to cook it. Fresh, well cooked, moist chicken, amazing homemade Yorkshire pudding too. My other half had the Gaucho burger which is an art form all in itself! It’s huge! Empty plates all round.

Friendly and professional staff and the food was delicious. Would loved to have stayed longer but needed to rush off for the performance. Ideally located if going to the palace theatre and would definitely recommend.
