Excellent meal Very friendly staff, highly recommend
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreWe ate last night. Had to move tables due to two families having a conversation across the room and both had young families. It was far too noisy. We had to get our drinks and our belongings without any help. Food arrived which was very nice but it just lacked that special attention to detail from the waiting on staff which makes all the difference. Drinks are way over the top price wise. Disappointed with the lack of choice for Rose wine. Either £22 or £55. Probably won't go again as it just doesn't live up to the prices. The cave to pick your wine doesn't work. Its far too dark and the choice isn't great. I'm all for local restaurants but this doesn't hit the spot
Il Mulino – WiganAlthough the place is lovely and the food very good the senior staff are selective towards the customers they provide their service to, which is not right , all customers should be treated equally. My friend and I were seated in a dark alcove next to the kitchens when we complained we were moved to a table that wasnt supposed to be used, because of distancing, it was quickly set up, we were too close to the table next to us and we were squashed sitting at the table I banged my head a few times on the corner of the fireplace. It all made for an uncomfortable meal.
Il Mulino – WiganFantastic food nice chilled atmosphere and lovely staff
Armenian Taverna and Restaurant – Manchester City CentreI came last night for my birthday we walked in and we was greeted by the manager he was so rude I asked if our table was ready he greeted us by saying we have loads of people to see wait your turn. I work in hospitality and that’s no way to greet customers it’s so unprofessional maybe if you tried and been nice you wouldn’t loose an loyal customer I’ll never return the service was so poor and slow
Anatolian Grill – PrestwichTruly excellent meal and probably the best dessert I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. And I am serious about that. Highly recommended, excellent food, service and value.
The Fox Roby Mill – WiganService was brilliant. Staff where really friendly and helpful. Food was really good and piping hot. Couldn't fault them in any way
La Sentidos Loca – WiganWe are the luckiest people jn the world and I feel sorry for you all that you don't have this amazing restaurant 2 minutes walk fron your from your door. Southern Indian food of the highest order. The best Dosa I have eaten outside of Madras. The accompanying chutneys were divine! Lovely, lovely people, welcoming chatty, friendly and funny. I'm so sorry for the rest of you. Lucky us.
Amma’s Canteen – ChorltonVery nice setting with lovely staff. The food is delicious and the garden is a lovely romantic place. We enjoyed our evening even though the couch seats are a bit big for my short legs. Very COVID compliant. Love the new toilet revamp. Picking your wine is a pleasurable addition, adds to the experience, it’s not just going out for tea.
Il Mulino – WiganStaff were pleasant and very helpful. Covid rules observed but with a minimum of fuss. Decor was modern with lots of grey and white. Tables for two could have done with being bigger. We liked the small menu choice but range of food was good. Freshly cooked courses. Pizza was excellent and as good as I have had anywhere. Picking your wine was novel, but choice was good and most were DOCG. Some people might think some were expensive, but you get what you pay for. The cannoli Were to die for. The espresso was as good as I have ever tasted, presented very well and the Vecchio Romagno came warmed over heated water. I expected to pay more than the bill when it came. We will be back soon. Really good meal and evening.
Il Mulino – WiganHad a lovely family meal at the Fat Loaf last night. The ambience was buzzing, the food and service was exceptional, as usual. Tìm, Terese and staff are lovely, always very friendly and welcoming. We have been going to the Fat Loaf for many years and I can honestly say we have never been disappointed.
Fat Loaf – SaleFood always brilliant, staff are amazing. Will definitely be back again and again, very good midweek offers which tempt us in more often that we would usual come without them.
La Sentidos Loca – WiganReally lovely restaurant, great food, some good gluten free options available. Fantastic service. All the staff are lovely and friendly Great atmosphere with the right amount of back ground music. The restaurant felt Covid safe and compliant with regulations .
Il Mulino – WiganWent on the 20th may lovely atmosphere food was amazing. Went with my dad and daughter everything was piping hot and the staff were very attentive will definitely be going again
