Mash Tun – Manchester City CentreWe were wandering around the city centre to find somewhere to eat. thought about the Corn Exchange but then realised most were chains. However I knew Salvi's to be a local small group so we went there. Very impressed with the food. Pasta Vongole and a Salvi pizza were both far better than the usual Italian fayre. Really enjoyed the cauliflower and caper salad too. good wine to match. would recommend.
Salvi’s – Manchester City CentreWe tend to eat at Giorgios when going to a gig at the Ritz or (more usually) a theatre performance at the Palace. The food is great, and the pre theatre menu is very good value, with good portion sizes and plenty of variety. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and attentive. We'll certainly be back!
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreGood food and service. Pleasant atmosphere

Hunan Restaurant – Manchester City CentreExcellent pre-theatre meal, the food was fabulous and the staff were brilliant.
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreWent to Gio on sat 27th July 19 with my wife and another couple. We can honestly say that we all had one of the best meals we have ever had. Three of us choose from the set menu at £30pp, and the other from the main menu. The starters were lovely, just enough, and the mains were almost perfection. My friend had “steak Diane“ off the set menu, and he said he’s never had a steak as good, and only a few weeks before we had been to Miller & Carter, but the steak Gio was the best he’s had. The dessert were lovely, I had lemon meringue pie & cream, very very nice. Staff were very friendly and not overwhelming at all. Total bill including 1 bottle of wine & 4 bottles of beer came in at just under £180 for 4 persons. I highly recommend Gio, and we will definitely be going back.
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreWe had a delightful meal at Gios Restaurant. We pre booked our order as recommended by front of house and were not disappointed. Our food came in good time for the pre theatre booking on what was a busy Saturday evening. We did order some breads and these were not served. I was told they had not been ordered, but they are on the email. Some plain bread was brought to the table . I would recommend this eatery and will return.
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreAnother great meal at Gio thanks very much.
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreOn a hot muggy evening in Manchester we had a lovely seat outside Tast. Catalonian food in a fine dining tapas style. Very impressive. both the food and wine and the knowledge of the well trained staff.
Tast – Manchester City CentreExcellent Italian food in the heart of Manchester
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreExcellent
Giorgios – Manchester City Centre3 lovely meals, good value for city centre location. Excellent choice on the menu and a good dessert menu too. First time visit but will definitely be back again.
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreGreat service and great food. No waiting, straight to table, friendly staff. Would go again, good choice of food and reasonably priced compaired to other places in Manchester
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreLike most of the diners, a pre-dinner meal. My partner had the two course pre-dinner meal and me A la carte. started with brochettes. Sadly, the toast had been sat there for some time with tomatoes on them. I think we all know what that means! So, I requested fresh toast. What I received was fresh sweet bread not toasted. Not a good start! Main course was a seafood pasta, I can’t fault it. In fact it was seafood with pasta so no problems all in all an adequate meal which included 2 large glasses of wine and a coffee. Price £68 including the 10% service charge. Would we return? Possibly. Marks out of the 10; 3 for my starter and 8 for main course. The manager, Leo deserves special mention for his attention to us. However, tell his cooks it isn’t difficult to cook fresh toast! Even I can do that!
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreI booked a table at this restaurant on Wednesday 17th July 2019 for 2 people to eat at 21.15 the following day, Thursday 18th July 2019. On the morning of Thursday 18th July 2019 I received an email confirming my booking. Unfortunately, when we turned up at the restaurant at 21.10 it was shut, lights out, roller blinds down. I can understand problems with refurbishments and building work overruns but there really is no excuse not to send 1 short text to let booked customers know.
