Ziya Asian Grill – RusholmeReally good lunch for the three of us. all were happy with their choices. service was pleasant and unobtrusive.
TNQ Restaurant & Bar – Northern QuarterEmpire is by far Bolton's best!! The cocktails are exceptional, never seen anything this high quality outside of Manchester. not to mention the fine dining restaurant underneath - super relaxed, cosy and intimate!! Perfect for celebrations or just a general treat!! I cant wait to return!
Empire – HorwichChinese hotpot is a thing, a comfort thing in China. Cook your own food in a broth of choice. Add in a conveyor belt of veg, meat and fish Yo Sushi style and you have One + in Manchester. Really enjoyed the food as well as the novelty of it!
One Plus – Manchester City CentreVisited the poachers on mon 9th april and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. My fiancé says the fajitas was to die for as for the cheesy bacon chips out of this world. The staff where very friendly and although there were not many people in at the time we went the atmosphere was very good will go back there soon as we had a enjoyable evening.
Poachers Arms – WiganLovely lunch in immaculate surroundings. Chicken Shawarma with all the trimmings. Amazing selection of sweet delicacies too!
Jandol – LevenshulmePlaced our first takeaway away order over a year ago and it was excellent. Sadly, over the last four/five months, standards have certainly slipped i.e. the quality of the chicken pieces less tender these days. Also experienced a problem every time in recent months with the packaging of said takeaway...each time we have unpacked our order at least one curry lid has collapsed thereby necessitating the wiping down of all the dishes before can even think of serving. Thought we had found an excellent Indian restaurant but, unfortunately, our search must continue once again.
Indish – OldhamLove this cafe in Altrincham. Real character and quality food. Comfy sofas and good coffee!
Gran T’s Coffee House – AltrinchamExcellent new Didsbury restaurant. My daughter raved about it so we all went and were not disappointed. Top draw pizza and service!
Proove Pizza – DidsburyOrdered our food over 2 hours ago. Got told it would be another 15 mins, 30 mins later I got told they have just left. The man on the other end of the phone couldn’t care less. “Well what do you want me to do about it?!” I will not recommend this place at all. Can’t comment on the food as we are still waiting...
Nam Ploy – BoltonLovely friendly traditionial style place. Freshly cooked authentically style. Well worth a visit.
La Lupa – StalybridgeLoved it! Lovely setting, great service, water poured straight away with fruit in it, quirky menu, some great dishes, nice glass of wine reasonably priced, will definitely return x
1761 – Manchester City CentreFantastic
Tavern Fayre – BoltonAfter several visits to this lovely restaurant My husband and I booked out Christmas Lunch here and we are so glad we did. One Eighty Eight Kitchen & Bar – WhitefieldLovely lunch at Jacksons Boat in Sale. A great haven from the city in the city! A great place to bring your dog after a walk in the surrounding parklands.
Jackson’s Boat – SaleFavourite place in the area.
One Eighty Eight Kitchen & Bar – WhitefieldAmazing!! Hits the spot on all levels!!!! A must for the anyone wanting to great food, service and comfort. I had the corned beef hash and OMG - next level - the cocktails are also delish. All staff are welcoming and cannot do enough, I also LOVE the fact it's an independent Mancunian owned restaurant and bar! You can really feel the difference to the chains...... A must for lunch or dinner
1761 – Manchester City CentreCalled in for lunch yesterday with my wife. Wow, what a place. Food incredible, service top notch, and beautiful decor which is welcoming and relaxing. You can see that no expense has been spared on the interior. The Vine opens at 10.00am each day, so if you just want a sandwich and a coffee, this is the place. The menu for both lunch and dinner is comprehensive, with something to suit every taste. The kitchen is overseen by a very gifted French Chef, and everyone in the place is pleasant annd accomodating. Considering the quality of the cuisine the prices are quite reasonable, and this restaurant is a must if you haven't tried it yet. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
