Nutters Restaurant – RochdaleWhat a find Due Fratelli is!! Booked a family birthday dinner for 8 on a May Bank holiday and had a fabulous evening!. The restaurant feels authentic Italian, the food was superb, everyone enjoyed their choice from a vast menu of starters, main and dessert - we even had a birthday cake!. The Service was PERFECT, friendly, attentive - really couldn't ask for more - a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Thank you so much :)
Due Fratelli – Chorltonlighting was very romantic , food was exceptional , wine a little expensive but good.
Authentic little italian venue, felt like i was on holiday, great atmosphere, Frank and Sacha were very welcoming and the food was gorgeous, especially the tiramisu, fab espresso and excellent value for money...
Ghassime – Ashton Under LyneReally Nice Food. Love the sweet and sour chicken. The chicken is so soft. The salt and pepper chicken was the best Ive ever had. Definitely reccommend!
Hong Kong Red Lantern – DidsburyI called in this afternoon,22/5/13, for some information and menus as I am organising a retirement 'do'. Your employers completely ignored me and walked away in case they had to do any work. Needless to say I will not be going back again. Very disappointed.
Blundell Arms – HorwichNever been disappointed at Mr Ali's , food excellent , service , great , and very reasonable prices , would highly recommend
Mr Ali’s – StockportVery disappointed with 1st visit to Scalinis. Admittedly, it was a busy Saturday night but service was slow, over half hour for starters to arrive and main course came 3/4hr later. Food only mediocre and no apology from staff for delay. Don't think we'll be going back.
Scalini – AltrinchamWhere do we start. Never tried Lebanese food before but think we might be booking a table at Nectar Bistro again very soon and recommending to family and friends. We were able to see the menu online before booking our table and had an idea what we might expect. The flavours were both delightful and delicate and went beyond our expectations. The owner, his lovely wife and staff were very helpful and attentive. Cannot fault our experience of this very well presented restaurant and again the menu was comprehensive and well explained both on the website and in the restaurant menu. Thank you to Nicky for her helpful explanation of our choice of menu and her friendly and attentive manner.
Nectar Bistro – ChorltonI go there sometimes with my Mummy and Daddy and Nana Elaine and Grandad Tim. Nana Elaine and Grandad Tim rave about it, but in reality it's below average.
Red Lounge – AudenshawThis pub has in the past suffered from poor transient landlords and few customers.NOW A good pint, very good food and friendly staff with a general hub bub of conversation
The Horton Arms – OldhamThis is a most splendid and friendly restaurant. The food is excellent and the staff very welcoming. It makes a pleasant change from being 'processed' by one of the larger offerings in Sale. We'll certainly be going again. Recommended
Hafez Restaurant – SaleBeen eating here for years, it is the tastiest indian in droylsden, food is beautiful never had a bad meal, great friendly staff,
Asha Tandoori – DroylsdenFirst time I went to Nawaabs it was outstanding, delicious mouthwatering food, fantastic service and a very good price. It's child friendly and out going. Will go there for every birthday and special occasion!
Royal Nawaab – LevenshulmeWe were invited to join friends at this restaurant and so looked at it on the net. The reviews I saw made me a bit sceptic as to what to expect. The truth is I was very pleasantly surprised. None of the negative remarks made in the reviews were proven to be the case. We were warmly greeted and the restaurant manager was a cheerful, joking and courteous host who made us feel very welcome and appreciated. It was a very busy night and our starters took a little longer than would be expected but the manager came to us and profusely apologised and the popularity of this place was evident in that it is so well attended, I would think by regulars who have come back because of their previous experiences. The waitresses were also very attentive and polite I can only think that due to its recent launch it would, very understandably be a threat to any existing restaurants in the area and sometimes it is these restaurants who post negative reviews. I can’t be sure this is the case but it was certainly not the experience we had. By the way the food is excellent and presented beautifully. I would recommend it, try it out yourself and you will not be disappointed. I have no connection with the restaurant or its staff; I just wanted to be fair to them by adding my comments.
Rivington Pub and Grill – HorwichNever had a bad meal here ,service always good, it can get very busy but worth the wait ,we love it xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Casa Nostra – WesthoughtonFood was OK but the service was terrible......our table was not available for over a hour after the time we booked for with no apology or concession......if your in the village there are loads of other places with better food and excellent service.....so try one of these.
Cibo Venetian Bar and Tapas – DidsburyWas having a relaxing afternoon in il cafe Roma enjoying a bite to eat when suddenly a man popped his head through the door pointing at the owner shouting at him for asking to take his fourteen year old daughter to the pictures. The owner shouted abuse back at him. The guy stormed out very unhappy. I found this very disturbing. Won't be going in their again. Was warned though about the chef.
