We called in for a family meal last November midweek on a quiet night. 4 Adults and 2 children and as the food was so undercooked including the children’s burger which was cold and red in the middle and all the chips still hard and cold veg, we felt the food was unsafe to eat. The menu had also changed and the quality of the food seemed poor (which can be down to cut backs by the group and not the fault of the location). Due to the large amounts of food we left on our plates we were asked by the waitress if there was a problem which we explained; but as the Manager was not on site there was nothing she could do.I had already made a reserved booking for just before Christmas so the next day I phoned to cancel this booking and spoke to the Manager, who truly seemed concerned that we had been serviced uncooked meat and said she would ring us in January to see if the family would like to return.. we never received the call..
