L’Aquila Prestwich – PrestwichNice pub , attentive staff but very ordinary pub fare
Waggon and Horses – StalybridgeEvery dish was absolutely delicious. The service is excellent, very relaxed/casual and I mean this in a good way, it makes you feel relaxed. So lucky to have this standard of food so local. We love it there.
Fat Loaf – SaleSuperb, as always!
Sorella Restaurant – OldhamExcellent food and service from Ana and the team at Papa’s.
Papa Luigis – Wigan10/10 for every part of the experience… Every. Single. Time.
La Sentidos Loca – WiganTook my partner for afternoon tea recently. Had a pot of earl grey and traditional breakfast tea which was lovely and scones with cream and jam. Loved the ambiance of the place and our daughter enjoyed reading the Mr Men books in the library whilst sat in a chair with a number of Rupert bear teddy’s. Great place and will definitely go again. The gent serving was also a thoroughly nice chap. Thanks
The Art of Tea – DidsburyReturned with my partner and my mum for a Mother's day meal, after coming last year. It was the same result, fantastic food, massive portions sizes, ended up taking doggy bags home to enjoy the next day. After poppadoms, the mixed platter for 3 nearly wiped us out and we were ready to order our mains to go as it was so substantial. Mother had a chicken Korma, my partner had Tikka Masala and I tried their Indian version of lasagna. All of the meals were fantastic, the same as the meals we had last year, which was our main reason for returning. I think it was great value for a feast for 3 people
The Pavilion – Bolton10 out of 10 Every time, Perfect food
Panama Hattys Grill – PrestwichExcellent service and meal was great.
The Rising Moon – HydeAlways great service and great food, been coming here for 10 years.
Neel Paneer – SaleLovely mothers day meal
Nuovo Sorrentos – WiganAmazing day for Mother’s Day. Cocktails and food were divine. Highly recommend
Nuovo Sorrentos – WiganReally enjoyed the food and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was prompt and the atmosphere of the whole restaurant was great. The only downside is that we were crammed in. We only had a table for 2, and it was a very busy Saturday night but if you have to physically move the table to get out, its clearly too close to the next table. They might want to reconsider this in the future but as I say the food and staff were amazing.
Sorella Restaurant – OldhamBeautiful new decor. Very classy. Good meal overall although the beef was very sinewy and difficult to cut. (We asked for steak knives). One piece was inedible as it was impossible to cut. Quite expensive with the optional service charge. Would rather the charge isn’t put on although I understand why this is done.
The Windmill Parbold – WiganEric and the team are amazing! Great food & vibe and up there as an absolute fave! Keep going guys!
