La Roma Restaurant – BoltonExcellent service, superb food, a good local clientele, good fair pricing but above all really nice people, especially the dark haired girl called Nat.
Church Inn – CheadleGorgeous venue, lovely bar area with low lighting. Restaurant just as lovely, tables not too close together. Food fantastic, retro with a a modern twist. One of favourite places to eat in Manchester, will definitely be back.
Grand Pacific restaurant and bar – Manchester City Centre5 STAR ***** We have been going La Roma now for about a year. We love eating here and love the Wine even more. Their food is always prepared beautifully and tastes amazing strongly recommend any sea food, pasta dishes and strongly recommend the house Red. The prices are very reasonable and if you become a regular like us they offer stamps with discount for next visit. We live near by and love the location of the Restaurant with the Bridge over the River. Also we enjoy sitting round after the meal near the fire in the bar area. Most of the staff are Italian, they all make you feel welcome and provide brilliant service. You must Go Go Go !!! Kind Regards Andy & Jen
La Roma Restaurant – BoltonGreat night out in Castlefield. Albert's Shed got it wright with staff, level of service and quality of food. Thank you.
Alberts Shed – Manchester City Centrefab night, can not fault anything. Service was attentive and not over intrusive, food cooked to perfection. A warm welcome from blonde short hair manager (sorry didn't get her name). Def will be back.
Alberts Shed – Manchester City Centre22nd May 2010 - I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. We had 21 people (including children) for a 60th Birthday party. Booked in advance and when we arrived we had a lovely seating area set out, air-conditioned as it was a sunny day, enough walking room for everybody. We were attended to by Matt who came and introduced himself and he didn't get any orders incorrect. All the food was served with little fuss, piping hot and enough breathing room between courses. We have been to this restaurant before (food and service has always been good) and from this many more people who I know will be going. Everybody commented on how they really appreciated the service - 5*'s from my family and I
Mersey Farm, The – SaleExcellent restaurant where everything delivers. First class friendly service, gorgeous food, drinks, ambience. No matter what the occasion I have always had a fabulous time at Stocks and highly recommend a visit. The manager and staff really do go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable evening (or day!).
Stock Restaurant – Manchester City Centreabsoulute rubbish worst eating establishment ever
Hot Chilli – BoltonWent with family of 8 to ZOUK and recommend to others unreservedly, great friendly attentive service, great food and good menu and very reasonable at 99 quid for the full hit with drinks too.Easily as good if not better than its Manchester posh Indian foody rivals.High regard .
Zouk Tea Bar – Manchester City Centrewent to GBK last night and sat outside in the sun. Awesome burger as ever - had the greek lamb with hummus. Nice fat chips. Good beers to wash it down with. They've done away with the annoying order at the counter idea so that's another bonus.
Gourmet Burger Kitchen – SpinningfieldsThis place is fabulous!!! amazing sandwiches that fill even my 7ft husband! and a great salad bar. When in Manchester or Bury we wont go anywhere else for lunch..you know its going to be excellent, tasty and very well priced. A guilty secret of mine is to buy a take away lemon cheesecake and eat it in the bath at home...heaven! Also great to use as a deli the ciabatta and sun dried tomatoes are to die for! Top Marks!
Katsouris – Manchester City CentreI was visiting from California and craving Japanese food and happened to stumble upon this place whilst on a walk with my bf. He's a local and hadn't tried it either, so we thought we would give it a whirl. We went for the buffet, all you can eat style, I'm a very big eater, and frequent all you can eat sushi places all the time. My hunger is rarely satisfied =O. When I ate the buffet at Tokyo Season, not only was the food selection amazing, but I seriously was so satisfied I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day! I had to come back again just to eat there another time! After eating there i couldn't get enough of the place. THEIR GYOZA IS AMAZING! *sigh* I can't wait to go back to Manchester again so I can eat there. I miss it =[
Tokyo Season – Manchester City CentreI am a regular eat in - takeout freak, the food is the best in the North West, I would never consider eating out anywhere else, The staff are so friendly and make you feel special. Well done Mr Khan and staff.
Bilash Balti House – SwintonThe service here is fantastic ! ' Peeno' ( English pronunciation) is the owner and really looks after you. prides himself on good food and good service. Once you try, you will def come back !!
La Famiglia – HaleThe takeaway and restaurant have to be the finest examples of both in the North West. To be honest, trading standards should insist that other takeaways call their meat/pitta/salad combinations something other than 'kebab' as this should be reserved for Turkish Delight alone! The tomato sauce and hot chilli sauce are to die for, as is the excellent hummus. Don't forget to ask for it on yufka!
Turkish Delight – ChorltonFabulous restaurant. Food is of the highest quality and just as important, the staff are first class and are a credit to the restaurant Dined here on many occasions, whether it be a quite meal with my partner or a larger group celebration and have had a wonderful evening everytime... The only problem you may have is choosing which of the many delicious sounding dishes to choose from. Although i highly recommend the chicken livers for starter and duck for main.
La Roma Restaurant – BoltonBeen here 3 times with friends and we just hoping that it is going to improve. I think it has now had the final chance. Starters are good, as are the deserts. Unfortunately the mains let the menu down IMO. Unless you go for a steak, which are usually pretty good, On some of the mains it is pretty obvious that they have reduced the portion size in order to sell more courses. This the only restaurant where i can eat 3 courses. Anywhere else 2 courses and I'm done. The service can be poor, as in separate components of everyone's mains arriving minutes apart, instead of all at the same time. Our friends - who live in Bromley Cross - and ourselves will be looking elsewhere in future.
