Basic Tex Mex style food - but everything that I tried (and I have now been three times) tasted great. Really fresh, vibrant flavours and excellent value. Barburritos also sells beer which is a real bonus !

Barburrito – Manchester City CentreBrilliant place, make an effort to go once a month, food is amazing, lovely ambience and atmosphere, very intimate dining experience, worth the wait for a table!
El Rincon de Rafa – Manchester City CentreThe food was ok, service was very good as the waiters were very helpful and had a smile no matter what how busy it got. The price I think was quite pricey but for the service I would pay. The food was ok but for the price I think it was overpriced.
Desi Lounge – Failsworthhave driven passed this place several times but just thought it was a "pub" trying to do Spanish Tapas that would be microwaved - how wrong can you be!!! Decided to give it a go and once inside knew instantly how wrong I had been! Inside had a very spanish theme and the Tapas menu was excellent. We decided to sit outside and was soon welcomed by Joseph the owner/cook. He made us feel at home and helped us with our selections. We choose several dishes and when they arrived all were excellent and one of the best tapas we had ever had outside of Spain. Lovely restaurant and very friendly staff which a real spanish feel. Only problem was that I was driving and could not try any of the wines but will be going back soon without the car!!! Ange and Gill
Dog And Partridge – StalybridgeExcellent food and the service was great the only problem is they allow smoking so if someone on the next table decides to smoke it will also affect you. Needs to be changed to a non smoking restaurant so everyone can enjoy the great food and not some ignorant person? cigarette.
Gaucho – Manchester City Centrefirst time at this restaurant.....and what a restaurant it is! Absolutely fantastic and friendly service, gorgeous yummy food and a great atmosphere. the prices are slightly overpriced, but the presentation and food quality is well worth that little extra cash!!! a must if visiting or eating in Manchester.
Panama Hattys – Manchester City Centrehighly recommended! very wide range of dishes. the bel puri starter is a must try-absolutely delicious!
Shaygan Halal Takeaway – RusholmeA group of us ate here Wednesday tea time, and we were all impressed with the food. It was freshly cooked, the sauces that the food was in were excellent. They have a mid-week happy hour from 5pm -7pm where all Tapas are 2 for £5. This is good food for a good price, and I would highly recommend it.
La Torre – UrmstonInauspicious location and unassuming frontage but the food is of stellar quality. A world away from your average curry house - not greasy or oily and lots of unique and unusual dishes. Superb.
Coriander – ChorltonI had read some poor reviews for the Slug saying it was overpriced and that the food quality was poor. I went last night to watch the England game and pitchers of cocktails were cheap as you like before 8pm and sharer platters were also on offer. The food I had was great and the staff were very friendly.
The Slug and Lettuce – AltrinchamThe best service in Manchester. Great interior. Good sushi. Very nice place overall.
Sapporo Teppanyaki Manchester – Manchester City CentreWe've been to Ciao Napoli quite a few time for lunch, but this was the first time we've had an evening meal - it was as good as lunchtime. Great food & service the staff are very attentive, the background music - is just that in the background, you get the hustle & bustle from other diners but it's not intrusive. A great little Italian!!!!
Ciao Napoli – BoltonHad the most delicious meal at Teppanyaki. Would highly recommend the beef shashimi to start, so good. Prawn and monkfish cooked in front of us on the hotplate was fantastic, as was the steak with mushroom stuffing. We both agreed that it was the best japanese meal we'd ever tasted and will be going back as soon as possible.
Teppanyaki Chinatown – Manchester City CentreExcellent restaurant, amazing jazz piano bar, with brilliant mixed Mediterranean cuisine. We loved it!
San Marino – Boltonwe always go here on special occasions for two things a) the atmosphere and b) the food. the staff are helpful and friendly and the food is amazing. well worth a visit
Old Orleans – The PrintworksMy husband and I have a takeaway from the Dilshad once a week and I must say that the standard is always exceptional. The staff are really friendly both on the telephone and even open the doors when you leave. Wouldn't even try another Indian!!!
Dilshad Tandoori – MostonBright and modern looking interior with a spacious feeling to the restaurant. The food on the English menu is pretty much what you'd expect in Chinatown but the portions were large, well presented and very tasty - we couldn't fault the meal at all. The restaurant was busy with people from the Chinese community and seems to be popular with the young. One thing I'd love to see in all Chinese restaurants is maybe some of the dishes that are on the Chinese menu in English - too often you are sat there and you think that looks nice that those people are eating. Overall a two course meal for two, two bottles of wine, coffee and brandy for less than £60 and no service on top. We'll be going back.
Fus Chinese Restaurant Cafe – Manchester City CentreHay mummy!! This is stefanos! Thought i would add my own little recommendation! i love greek food!! and i love you! love your baby boy stefanos xx
