This is the best Chinese restaurant and take away in the local area. Service is excellent and the food is absolutely delicious - I would recommend this to anyone.

Chung Ying – SalfordExcellent for night out with family or friends. Staff very entertaining. Lovely food and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend although would advise to book!
Bellini’s – CheadleI visited with my girlfriend on a Friday evening during a weekend in Manchester. The food and the atmosphere was just perfect....as much in we returned on the Saturday evening to dine again!! The menu is very easy to understand not like your typical Chinese, the prices are reasonable and the service prompt and friendly. Anyone planning a visit must try the Scallops they are pricey at £3.00 each but absolutely delicious and simply melt in your mouth. The dim sums we tried were fabulous and the Fillet steak Cantonese style was perfect. The best Chinese in Manchester by far and we will most definitely visit again!!
Pacific – Manchester City CentreFabulous place!! Will be a regular
Greens – DidsburyThis is the best restaurant in Manchester ! Forget the city centre get yourself down to Jem & I. Every time I?e eaten their with my wife and parents the food has been spot on, the service is fantastic too, very attentive but not obtrusive. The wine list is great, with some brilliant value wines and some really snazzy ones too. A great location, Go and have a fantastic meal in Jem's then a bit of live music in pitcher n piano... I want to live in Didsbury !
Jem and I Bar and Grill – DidsburyJust cannot fault this place, a top, top recommendation, try a pint of draught leffe in the lass o Gowrie (just opposite) as an aperitif. EastzEast is now easily the best Indian in Manchester, the food from a varied menu is both superb and plentiful. Without doubt the best in Manchester at the moment.
East z East – Manchester City CentreI was invited by the owner of this Restaurant to write a review in November 2005 for the Standish Directory. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal which was both spicy and yet full of flavour and the staff are always most welcoming. I have since returned to the restaurant many many times. I am steadily working my way through the menu and have yet to be disappointed! Prices are very reasonable too.
Taste Of Bengal The – WiganMy guest and I started with a French Onion Soup with Gruyere Crostini at just short of a fiver - the onion soup was somewhat oily but otherwise fine. The accompanying croutons with barely melted cheese were neither crunchy nor brown. Bangers & Mash for my guest was reasonable and my goat's cheese risotto lacked any real passion, with the goat's cheese being thrown in raw at the end of cooking.
The Living Room – Manchester City Centre16 of us came to Efes for my friend's hen night last Saturday. What an atmosphere! The waiters did a fantastic dance and they got the bride-to-be up belly dancing. The waiters also led everyone round the room in a huge dance round all the tables. Very good food, lots of fun music...Turkish as well as the more usual dancefloor fillers. And they let you dance on the chairs! Brilliant!!!
Efes Restaurant & Taverna – Manchester City CentreA very good restaurant indeed, I think the food is outstanding and when you can eat a starter, main course and either a coffee or ice cream for £4.50 served to perfection then this is a place which should not be missed.
Try Thai – Manchester City CentreGreat food, great service, staff always pleasant and helpful. My son loves the food, you can see it being cooked so its always fresh and hot.
Top Wok – BramhallThis is one of the best indians I've had - and the restaurant comes highly recommended having won numerous awards. Would recommend the Balti Saag or Chana, but everything I've had there has been lovely
Royal Balti House – Boltontop notch cuisine and really great service. Really authentic food which brought memories flooding back of travelling round Thailand. Love this place
Try Thai – Manchester City CentreI go here all the time and they always make you feel special excellent service, friendly banter and amazing food what more could you want
Laughing Buddha – DidsburyWe are regular customers at The Stables Bistro and have been for many years. The atmosphere is just right with the staff being friendly but not to obtrusive. The food is wonderfully tasty and beautifully presented and the ever changing menu leaves us wanting to go back for more. We are especially fond of the straw potatoes which are a must to accompany any main meal. Do try this amazing restaurant you certainly won’t be disappointed!
Stables Restaurant – HydeI have been to Panama Hattys a few times now and would definitely recommend this restaurant. The service is warm, friendly, and efficient. The atmosphere is relaxed. The food is unbelievably good! For the price of the food I don't think this place can be beaten in Manchester!
Panama Hattys – Manchester City CentreExtremely good quality of service. But the price of the set menu is not clearly stated 'per person'. If you think that the set menu is cheap, then you will get the bill with the double of what you expect!!!
Siam Orchid – Manchester City CentreExcellent food with very reasonable prices. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating.
