Excellent well prepared food... Table service, friendly professional staff.. Quality experience.. Only down side is that it is a 45 mile drive for us to get here, living near worksop

A traditional pub that offers a welcoming atmosphere. We went as a group of 8 and always book in advance with out large party as it gets really busy at peak times. We keep returning because the food is excellent and the staff are outstanding!

Pre booked a table for 5 friends, we all loved the the meal and agreed the price was competitive, the staff were professional and pleasant making our ladies lunch all the more enjoyable. We’ll done

First time visiting here and it didn't disappoint us at all, everything was eaten and enjoyed, staff were nice too will definitely be going back.

Fabulous!!!!! I was met and sat down promptly.. it was my Birthday and I took my friend Christina with me ., The food the dish I chose was outstanding cooked to perfection. Christina chose from the seniors menu as she likes smaller positions. And again perfect. I don’t eat puddings but I did , omg absolutely gorgeous cheese cake and arrived with a candle on it ..Not sure if I’m allowed to say , my beautiful Niece Caitlin Shaw is the bar manager here . So she made it special. All staff Caitlin are professional at all times . I’ve visited here three times and I’ll be back soon and will highly recommend.

Just fabulous. Took my 94 year old mum for her birthday. It was so comfy and cosy. The three course menu was amazing value. Spoilt for choice. Food was cooked and presented perfectly. Staff were so friendly. welcoming and really efficient. Honestly could not fault anything.

Amazing service, made my mums birthday meal out very special, thank you. Food was great, and the table was decorated as requested. Been a few times now, and will definitely be back again

This was our second visit in the past two weeks on Thursday. 8th August. My brother in law accompanied us this time & he thoroughly enjoyed the food, the price & the wonderful staff. We travel over 40 miles so it must be good.

Had a fabulous meal with my husband on Friday night. Very busy so waited a little while for the food but when it came it was really good. Staff friendly and helpful as usual
