Food is mostly deep fried, nothing healthy not even the salad is drenched in dressing. Not much meat on ribs. It is over priced and the food is poor.

Damons – Mossley HillFood is great, but the place could do with a price reduction, it's not cheap! On the weekends it fills up with older people who dress as though they are still 21, but it's a nice quiet place for lunch and for after work drinks through the week. The staff are friendly and not stuck up.
Schmooze Wine Bar and Eatery – Mossley HillLove this restaurant. The food is the best in Liverpool. Buy far the best restaurant around. Have you eaten in Blanco dinning room, how classy is this little joint. you can reserve a table or book the whole place
Schmooze Wine Bar and Eatery – Mossley HillI had never even heard of this place before last week and now i must have told 50 people about the wonderful food in there. Not only was the food well presented, but the produce i believe is sourced locally and the Chef seems to have a really good eye for quality. Perfect for people who really appreciate good food. I will certainly be back there this month.
Pauls Place – Mossley HillGo to Damon's its great, not just for families, me and my boyfriend love it here! The BBQ ribs are devine and you get plenty for your money :-)
Damons – Mossley HillA great neighbourhood restaurant. fine dining without the poncy stuff. fantastic food, great service, great value. head chef paul davies really knows his stuff. been there many times now and never been anything but impressed.
Pauls Place – Mossley HillThis must be the best Indian restaurant in the world. The food is excellent, really good value for money and the staff are so friendly and attentive. Really varied menu with lots for meat eaters and veggies alike. Special take-away meal deal during the week and an all-day buffet on Sunday. This restaurant does not have an alcohol licence but you are free to take your own. Enjoy!
Cafe Sekander – Mossley HillA real let down! i am a regular visitor of the gulshan and there is now way anybody could compare these two restaurants, they are a world apart. Anyone reading this, go the gulshan next door
Madhari Indian Restaurant – Mossley Hillmy sister and i visited "Damons Diner today for the first time.it certainly won't be the last. what an uplifting, happy experience it has been. and I'm nearly 60 years still got my own teeth i might add. the ribs were to "die for".service by Alan excellent. prices acceptionally fair in today's market. attentiveness and speed with which we were served, considering haw busy it was, is to be congratulated. can't fault "Damon's Diner" at all. cant, wait to come back. only thing is maybe people will be queuing round the block soon, so you'll have expand to twice the size haha. thanks again maria and frances from St,Helens
Damons – Mossley HillThis Restaurant is one of the best in Liverpool it has lovely food cooked to perfection and also has very nice staff i would recommend you to come to this restaurant. Or you could just order a takeaway.
Madhari Indian Restaurant – Mossley HillWe have just enjoyed a delicious takeaway from Cafe Sekander and we would like to recommend this restaurant. Lovely, delicious and tasty curries and naan breads. Takeaway tastes as good as when you eat in and there is plenty in two meals for three people. Definitely worth a try.
Cafe Sekander – Mossley Hillwhat a place!! Was at their restaurant launch on Thursday!! looked after by a hot Irish hostess called Kim who knew her wines and knew what to recommend off their excellent menu. She sold schmooze as a cutting edge friendly and very classy joint!! Definitely recommend!!
Schmooze Wine Bar and Eatery – Mossley HillThe restaurant was looking a little tired as were the service staff, broken light bulbs and shoddy furniture and although the food was good the overall price did not reflect the surroundings or service received. Waitresses talking on their mobile, flat coke served from warm plastic bottles and inappropriate questions like 'marks out of 10 for the food?' turned what may have been a good experience in to a mediocre one. That being said good fresh tasty food was served quickly and showed quality ingredients, let down by almost everything else
Lefteris Greek Taverna – Mossley Hillthe staff absolutely amazing friendly, knowledgeable, speedy. The ribs are to die for char sui style lovely atmosphere, reasonably priced, value for money and plenty of it,well worth a visit.
Damons – Mossley Hilla new menu and the food is excellent. would certainly recommend it if you like something a little different.
Schmooze Wine Bar and Eatery – Mossley Hillbeen to Damon's twice and was not impressed at all the food was really greasy and fatty and got served as soon as we ordered it .they were taking are starter away and giving us are mains the same time and the chips were warmed up in a deep fat fryer i think its horrible;.
Damons – Mossley Hillvery expensive, quality of food on par with macdonalds, a place that kids will enjoy but it isnt the classiest of restaurants, i felt very rush and the food was barely warm. places such as the tavern other establishments on Allerton Road would be a better choice for overal value, service and food. Avoid if possible.
Damons – Mossley HillThe fillet steak with shoestring onions is a must. gotta be med rare though! also need the recipe for those bourbon mushrooms. Our family love this place, we can certainly recommend Damons to anyone.
