Visited on 29th June with friends from the north west. We weren’t disappointed- the food and atmosphere were as amazing as ever, and the staff were fantastic. Can’t wait to go back

Excellent food and really good friendly service.

Booked a table with 7 minutes notice, arrived and was seated within minutes even though they were busy. Our order arrived really quickly and was beautiful, my mum even stated her stifado was better than one she had in Greece not long ago. Can't fault the place.

Lovely meal served by very efficient and friendly staff. Definitely a place to go back to. Reasonably priced too

Our 4th visit to Boquerones, and it never disappoints, we did the off for 3 Tapas, so had 6 between us, all were well cooked, piping hot, and really tasty.

Great Sunday lunch at Kafeneon! Food was great, staff were super friendly and really accommodating to our 10 month old. The 'happy hour' menu is really good value. Also really enjoyed the strawberry frozen margarita and orange cake!

Amazing food, lovely service and our waiters went out of their way for my mam, who happened to be celebrating her birthday. She’d just returned from Greece in Kefalonia and said that the food at Kafeneon rivalled what she’d had there! Great job! Thai restaurant is certainly one of my favourites in Newcastle!

Fabulous food and excellent service we were the only table downstairs but the staff came down constantly to check we were ok for drinks etc Definitely be going back

Fantastic service and cocktails! Food was mostly delicious, with some dishes like the fried aubergines and goats cheese being way too salty and overpowering the taste.

My favourite place to eat in Newcastle. Love the food, the ambiance and the staff are so friendly. Excellent.

FABULOUS - excellent value for money and great service. A few lovely little drinking holes nearby for pre or post drinks too. Definitely be back soon.

We had heard good things about this place and we were not disappointed at all. Excellent food and service. We have been to a few different tapas restaurants in the area, and we have to say this is one of the best, if not the best. Highly recommend.
