Visited Boquerones fir first time with a friend two days ago in the evening. This was mid week and very quiet. We ordered two tapas each and a drink each. Food was fine. What was difficult was the tiny table. Had to put water jug on floor but there was a fear of knocking dishes off the table as we shared the tapas. Staff seemed reluctant to move us to a larger table even though the place was empty. Makes it less relaxing when crammed onto a small table.

We booked Kafeneon for 25 people for a hen do meal. Since booking we have had numerous communication via email and the staff there couldn't have been more helpful. They were really accommodating and were great at putting up all the decorations that we provided to make it a really special night for our bride to be. The staff were really understanding when we had to make very last minute changes to the pre ordered food and so attentive with drinks orders and getting the food out to our large group. The food was delicious and the portions are very generous so really good value for money. Thank you so much for making the night go so smoothly.

Fabulous meal here , food portions were generous and two course set menu was extremely good value . Greek wine was lovely and we had a generous discount off the price of two bottles when the bill came . Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating . One of our party was dairy intolerant and the staff made sure the substitutions were explained . All in all delicious . Thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

My friends and I had a lovely meal at Simply Greek, pre theatre. The food was delicious, the staff attentive and the service excellent. We got the fixed price menu and were more than happy with the choice of dishes and the price. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will cetainly go again

Not having lived in the area long this was already our second visit to Kafeneon. We shared the meze which had a selection of several dishes plus dips, pitta bread etc and every b it of it was excellent. We will definitely be returning

Visited on Sunday 9 June for a birthday celebration lunch and we were greeted very warmly by all staff. Our table was ready for us and we all sat down. Given two choices of menu - set lunch or the normal menu. Our party opted for both menus and drinks and food orders were taken. Our food was brought to us and was as it always is presented lovely, extremely fresh and hot and it made your taste buds ping. We love KafeNeon and would highly recommend it for any occasion. We think it is one of the best places to eat in Town. 10/10

Visited on Saturday evening and I have to say the food was so good. I had been really looking forward to visiting after hearing such good things. Unfortunately, we were disappointed as we felt very rushed. We booked for 8 and our table wasn’t quite ready so by the time we ordered and the food came (very quickly) it was getting on to 8.45 when we were half way through our meal. We were asked at that point if we wanted any coffees we had to have them then as the kitchen was closing. We certainly weren’t ready for coffee at that point. The same with some of the desserts which weren’t available because the kitchen was closed. Definitely not the slowly slowly Greek way we would come to expect in fact the exact opposite. The cafe was being closed up around us and most of the staff disappeared to being in the tables from outside The whole thing spoiled the experience for us a little. We would definitely go back as the food is so good but I would recommend anyone going to book a much earlier table. I don’t understand why tables are offfered at 8 if you aren’t given time to enjoy the food.
