One of my favourite places to eat in Newcastle. Always great food and friendly staff , well worth a visit

We visited Kafeneon yesterday and the food was amazing! Staff very attentive and food and drinks served quickly. We had a variety of starters and mains and were all delicious. Highly recommend and will definitely return soon.

Great food and excellent value with first class service

A most enjoyable dinner. A wide variety of special dishes combined with good service. The mini steak from Block and Bottle together with the prawns were particularly good. Nice atmosphere too!

Superb meal and super service. We were a party of 13 for a family get together and our family that travelled from Australia said it’s the best Greek food they’ve ever had.

Such wonderful tasty food and friendly service . Will definitely return.

Lovely meal again with excellent service

We visited on Friday evening. We are welcomed by staff as we got in and promptly shown to our seats. The atmosphere was lovely, it was busy but didn't feel cramped. The staff were all lovely. I had the chicken souvlaki, which was amazing. My husband had the big fat Greek gyro which looked great. There was so much on there he couldn't manage it all. I would definitely book and go again.

This is a lovely cosy restaurant. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. This is only the second time we've been, it was recommended to us by my daughter. We will definitely come back again. We love Greek food.
