Fantastic food and service. There were 6 of us that enjoyed a fantastic meal here. The waitress was super friendly and the food was amazing we all enjoyed it.

A Gem of a place My second visit this time with my son who is a real foodie. His vote a 9.8 out of ten. Great choice great service great restaurant.

Beautiful meal. We got the meze platter for 3 and honestly couldn’t fault any of it. We ended up taking home food as we just couldn’t manage it all. Lovely atmosphere, pleasant staff. Would definitely recommend

Having lived in Greek Cypriot communities I am well experienced with Greek food. This was a great example of that. Delicious, flavourful and great value.

Visited on a trip to Newcastle. Great range of authentic food and beers with a friendly & efficient service. This combined with reasonable prices makes it a place we will visit again.

We were in Newcastle for 3 nights and ate at Kafeneon on 2 of those nights! We had the saganaki, chicken souvlaki, pork souvlaki and pastisio. The food came very quickly and was delicious! Sitting downstairs was like sitting in a Greek taverna - such an authentic feel! We have spent a lot of time in Greece over the years and this was the best Greek food we've had outside of Greece! We will definitely be back!

Tasty meal, fast and friendly service

This is our second visit to Newcastle and both times we have eaten here. Yet again amazing food and efficient and friendly service. We will return.
